After searching through Merc I recently graduated school and decided to buy my first vehicle. Looking for a new car I decided to go with a used model. After searching through Merc Dealerships, Jag dealerships and Audi dealerships I can across Auto Palace. The owner of AutoPalace Nick, was also there to greet me and answer any questions I had about the vehicles on his lot. He never pressured me into test driving cars, seeing any particular cars, or buying from himself. He truly did make my experience memorable. Understanding that its important to buy a car from an honest dealership and more importantly an honest man I would recommend anyone looking for a nice High end vehicle to visit Autopalace and Nick prior to going to any other dealership. More

2013 Mercedes-Benz C200 Sport4Matic I can’t say enough great things or know where to begin with my purchasing experience at the Auto Palace. This has been the best car buying experience I can’t say enough great things or know where to begin with my purchasing experience at the Auto Palace. This has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Car Selection: Nick greeted us in the lot providing a great deal of information on the vehicles we were interested in taking for a test drive. I went to the store expecting to purchase one vehicle and after talking with Nick, he recommended a couple other vehicles in the same price range. After getting some info, he plated the vehicles and we were on our way test driving one vehicle and then the other. Pricing: The vehicles were aggressively priced. At another dealership, I had negotiated on a price for a used 2013 BMW X1 XDRIVE28I and found one exactly the same with less miles at the Auto Palace for over $2000 less and having all the factor equipment that the other vehicle was missing. Financing: This was a pleasurable experience. In the bigger dealerships after deciding on a vehicle and price, we’ve waited upwards to an hour and half just to talk to the finance person, who was the most personable of persons. Nick handled the entire process from showing the cars to securing a loan. He negotiated a great rate with Chase Bank that I couldn’t even beat with my credit union. He took the time to review the entire finance contract, which my wife really appreciated. Final Purchase: I drove away in my new 2013 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport 4Matic just only 2 hours after arriving to the Auto Palace and not the 2013 BMW I originally was looking to purchase. I’ve had the Mercedes-Benz for over a week and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase, my buying experience, and the very courteous staff at the Auto Palace. More
