However when it came time to purchase a car for my sister to go away to college, we let her do a search and she found a specific Volkswagen Golf that she fell in love with sitting at Snap Car Buying's lot, so we decided to take a look. Upon walking in we noticed just by the environment that this was not your typical used dealership. The employees were extremely friendly and not threatening, greeted us and simply asked if there was anything specific we were looking for or if we'd just like to browse. We answered "browse" and walked in to the show room. The show room its self is enough of a scene make any car shopper happy; a large, extremely clean and well organized inside lot. Air conditioned and well lit. We spotted the golf, but upon walking over to it my eyes grazed upon the most incredible thing I had ever seen. A specific BMW, a car I would never imagine to see myself in. I almost immediately ignored my family and walked over to it. I'm not the type of guy to make rash decisions, and I am especially not the type of guy who has ever purchased a car upon sight, without doing heaps of research on that specific car beforehand. Long story short, we purchased two cars that day. We financed the BMW, and paid cash for the Golf. BOTH CARS HAVE BEEN PERFECT, AND THIS WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO. The BMW had a small steering belt problem a few days after purchase, I called in and they scheduled to fit me in the next day and took care of it! I had initially wanted to write this review right after we purchased our cars to talk about my experience and write about my satisfaction but never got around to doing it, but my procrastination helped discover that this experience was not only extremely positive but the cars themselves turned out to actually be great as well. I can see my car from my office window, and remembered my experience again and decided today is the day I will actually go on the and write this review. I think its important to note in todays business culture, especially in this field, having a good and positive experience with the people and the business its self is rare and good to be shared and noted. Would recommend Snap Car Buying a thousand times over. They have earned customers for life. More

not so good on the details, but decent price got a good deal, but the front tires were almost bald (photo on their website showed the newer rear tires only). especially in the front. not sure how got a good deal, but the front tires were almost bald (photo on their website showed the newer rear tires only). especially in the front. not sure how it passed inspection. also didn't have wheel lock nuts. found out when I went to replace the tires, had to go to the Nissan dealer and pay $56 for it. price and convenience were postives. also they told me there was no license plate bracket in the trunk, so I was ready to buy one, then found one in the trunk. More

I came by one weekend looking for a car I'd seen advertised. I had a few questions, saw the car and I was on my way. No one pestered me. They keep their cars in a warehouse and you walk around and look at your leisure. I came back the following weekend wanting to see the same car. This time I dealt with Sasha, who was outstanding. She was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. There was no stress or pressure. It was the opposite of what most people come to expect from a car dealership. I was really impressed. I'm a salesman myself, so my standards are pretty high. I would definitely recommend Sasha and SNAP Car Buying for anyone looking for a vehicle. Buying a car is not always fun, but this is about as good as it gets. Thank you Sasha for your help. I'll happily be recommending you and the dealership. More
