I also purchased a warranty, which I never do, because they explained it to me well and I didn't feel like they were trying to push pointless product on me. I was pleasantly surprised by their no haggle pricing, it definitely makes the process a lot smoother!! All in all I loved the whole experience. Who can say that about buying a car?!?! Outstanding car buying experience from start to finish Snap Car Buying is the most pleasant used car buying experience I have ever encountered. Their inventory is kept in an indoor showroom and John was happy to let us walk around and test drive any vehicle with absolutely zero sales pressure or tactics. They obtain their vehicles from wholesale auctions around the country, but they are selective and do a nice job detailing and ensuring the maintenance is current. Their prices are very competitive. Once I had performed a test drive and was ready to purchase a vehicle, I was amazed the entire process took less than 15 minutes! I'm not sure why normal dealers take hours, but Snap Car Buying clearly prioritize customer service. Following the sale, they followed up with me on the title paperwork (which did take a few weeks) and even ordered OEM floor mats since my vehicle did not have them at the time of sale. Highly recommended! More

From the moment I walked in I could tell that it was a different atmosphere than your typical dealership. Everyone was incredibly nice and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. I simply walked in, asked if a car was in stock, took it for a test drive, and told them I wanted it. My situation was unique since I'm in my last year of medical school and essentially live off of loans. Despite my limited financial situation, Sasha found the best possible loan and I was able to finance my purchase with an incredibly low interest rate/monthly payments. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Snap Car Buying, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car shopping experience! More
