The only negative I would highlight is that after driving home and over the next couple of days, I noticed a couple of 'finishing touches' that were skipped that would have been nice - the car had no windshield wiper fluid, there were napkins left in the glove compartment, and the windshield wipers were old, rusty, bare, and needed to be replaced. Other than those small details the car was brilliantly clean, well maintained, and as pictured/described. Will go back and would suggest. More

Megan Torres. While paying 500$ paper processing fee she's informing me that I have to deal with dmw myself. after she will provide me with a title number, because she decided that buyers from Maryland are very unreliable and she choses not to be involved in the registration process... Obviously didn't have any problems charging the fee for it... Now, 29 days after the purchase I still didn't get a title number from this lady and my temporary tags are about to expire. Of course she's ignoring my emails and calls all this time.. The only real help I get from the finance director at this point! Found a beautiful SUV on their website, called to schedule a test drive for the following Monday. We were greeted by Anthony when we arrived, who was incredibly nice, professional, and informative! We were able to look over the vehicle and test drive it with no pressure at all! It was fantastic! A sensor was malfunctioning in the vehicle, and they had it fixed within 20 minutes and ready to roll! Megan was PHENOMENAL! She took care of our financing, and made everything from warranty purchase to finalizing paperwork easy breezy! We will definitely be using Snap for all of our future vehicle purchase needs! Well worth the two hour drive in each direction for the service, care, and peace of mind we received today - and our beautiful new SUV will serve our growing family well for years to come! More

Do not buy from them DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM!!! I was sold a car with a cracked windshield, cracked rim, bad tires, broken oil sensor, and to top it off MILEAGE WAS TAMP DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM!!! I was lied to by management that the windshield was fixed. I was sold sub-par extended warranty coverage, when there were better options that was never brought to my attention as an option. A waste or money and a waste of TIME!!!! More
