I went to three dealerships during my search - Snap and two "traditional" high-pressure ones. I left the high-pressure ones feeling anxious and angry - not a pleasant experience. Snap was the total opposite. They were such a breeze. I mostly worked with Harris and Ron, and they were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. After discovering Snap and their commitment to ease and transparency, I will never go to a traditional high-pressure dealership to buy a car in the future. (And bonus - the more I drive my new car, the more I love it. Thank you!) More

I have 3 adult children who I have helped to buy cars for both when they were teenagers and now as young adults. I currently own 5 cars, so I've had many experiences buying cars over the past 10 years. I can't stance to be "sold" a car. I do my research and I do have questions to ask but honesty is so important to me when dealing with a salesman. Snap Car Buying was there to answer my questions but did not bother or push me to buy any of their cars. I called them many times and went to their location to test drive. They didn't even ask for my email or phone number! I hate to give my information out to a salesman. They price their cars to sell so there is no haggling over price. They definitely have the best deals on all the cars I was considering buying. They even offered to get any car I wanted if I had a couple of weeks to wait. I will absolutely take them up on that offer in the future. The car I bought didn't have an owner's manual so within a few days of my purchase they had one sent to my home. In the past when I dealth with a dealership and requested an owner's manual, it took many months and many phone calls for them to send it to me. This was such a difference with Snap Car Buying. The people there were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. There is a $500 processing fee that I actually didn’t mind paying since their prices were so low and the service they provided be was beyond exceptional. I will never buy a used car from anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best price with no pressure from a salesman. More
