You purchased a 12 year old vehicle with 150k miles. It was sold as-is, where-is. We made you fully aware you are buying the vehicle at your own risk. This is the reason it was priced so cheap. Upon delivery, the vehicle was in good working order. Days later it began to have an issue that our mechanic could not duplicate. While we requested some time to see if any additional assistance could be offered, you began to solicit negative reviews and complaints. We are STILL willing to help you in the matter via providing our dealer discount on any parts or labor you may need for the life of the vehicle. -Auto Holding

When my husband purchased this vehicle he was well aware that it was a 12 year old vehicle with almost 150k miles on the dashboard. As per your salesperson, Vlad, it was in “perfect condition” and we trusted those words. The vehicle was in good working order the day of purchase, the issues began the very next day. While you are insinuating that we damaged the vehicle, your corporation was contacted immediately and we brought it back in to you on the 5th day after purchase. It took us 5 days to get it to you due to my husband being disabled and having multiple appointments within those days. Prior to bringing it to you, on the 13th Yourmechanic.com sent a mechanic out to our residence, charging us $75 to look at the vehicle. On the morning of the 14th the vehicle was taken to Midas for a 2nd opinion, that report was given to Gene Kay at your corporation. Both corporations state that this vehicle has an engine malfunction. Your corporation kept the vehicle from the 14th until the 24th. Upon return of the vehicle to my husband your mechanic stated again, just as your salesperson, that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. While on the drive home the car began smoking once again. Gene Kay was informed that same day and stated that we needed to call back the following day and speak with Alex who would speak to the owner of your corporation and let us know what would be done. The following day when I called, as told, Alex informed me that as per the owner, Yuriy, he would not be putting another dollar into this vehicle and that we could not get a refund of our money either. It was then that I began to solicit negative, yet HONEST, reviews on any platform known to me. What would you have done if you were in this situation sir?

Dear Customer. You left a $100 NON refundable deposit. You were fully aware of this. Then you ended up changing your mind and blaming us? That is utterly unprofessional. You should have the decency to be truthful in the matter regardless of the issue. We sincerely hope you find what you are looking for elsewhere and don't leave false accusations for others.

Thank you for that information. You purchased a pre-owned vehicle that came with one key. We do apologize for the delay of registration, however, the DMV has been backed up for over a week. This is why they give out temp tags that last as long as they do. We were able to get this all done before your tags expired and we would be more than happy to provide you with a second key at our dealer cost.

When I traded in my car I gave you 2 keys. Unless you keep one key next owner will get 2 keys. So I would expect the same for my purchase also. If I knew that I am going to get one key I would walk out and then you will get another key because you don't want to loose the sale. Good excuse for the DMV, you got it done because I kept chasing you. Is that the way it should happen? You are supposed to get the plates and let me know that they are ready or at-least give me an update what's going on with DMV. I got 2 calls from your dealership, period. One is to say that my loan was approved second is to let me know that my registration are there without the plates. When I ask for the plates, Tom says they are misplaced and ask if my short term memory is good because he thought I kept the plates from the old car. Even after you got the plates I still had call and check if they are there. You don't care about the customer after the sale is done.
