STAY AWAY To start off they do not even deserve one star, this dealership is a prime example of "hidden fees" and "ripping customers off." They state they have a very easy process to buy cars yet are very difficult to get in contact with and to be helped out. This week I had to call 4 times and speak to 6 different people before I could even get a out of the door quote on a car. Im out of state and had a shipping company ready to ship the vehicle when the sale price of the car, mind you was $15,895 has magically jumped up to $20,100 excluding registration, warranty and shipping. When I asked why it has jumped up 4,000 I was told because, you know it has 4 new tires for you on it, its certified, you aren't financing with us and the car is worth $24,000 etc. Side note if you plan on using your own financing or have a cash offer expect to pay more, ALOT more. I couldn't tell you the last man I talked to because he answered the phone saying, hello. No name no proper greeting like, how are you or how may i help you. Not a place where they have morals or care about you they are money hungry and are just looking for the quickest way to screw you. If you like to get ripped off this is the dealership for you. More

We went back to his 'office' and he was under the impression i was going to buy immediately. We discussed trade in, i gave him all the necessary information, and was given a very fair trade in price. After i was clear that i was not buying the car today, i was also pressured to leave a deposit. I returned next week, and to my dismay, Auto holding declined to accept my trade in vehicle at the agreed price. When finalizing paperwork, there was a 'Dealer Prep' Fee off $3,000. This is a very deceptive company and operation that will do anything to advertise a low price and add additional outrageous fees to improve their bottom line. Do yourself a favor and seek elsewhere. More

Miguel was a huge help and even I bought a pre-owned 2015 BMW 320i xDrive. Contacting the dealership and setting up an appointment was extremely easy. Miguel was a huge help and even stayed after hours (as I was a bit indecisive to say the least), which I thought showed tremendous customer service. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for and definitely came through for us. He set everything up for a smooth transaction and was able to get us a great price and also good value for my trade in. As we were about to take the car for a test drive we realized one of the keys wasn't working. Miguel set up a time with me the following day and I was able to get everything taken care of quickly and easily with his service department.
