I went to this dealership to see an 07 Honda Civic. The internet price was very reasonable. Took it for a test drive, came back, talked to the friendly sales manager, who seemed very upfront. He showed m internet price was very reasonable. Took it for a test drive, came back, talked to the friendly sales manager, who seemed very upfront. He showed me the vehicle history, which showed an accident. Anyway, the Sales Manager said that the previous owner had an extended warranty from Honda that could be transferred to me. All I had to do was go to any Honda Dealership and 'tell them I bought it from her cash' because if I told them I bought it from a dealer they wouldn't transfer the warranty. I said 'Well, if I paid cash for it, I'd have the title. I'm going to finance the car, so the bank is going to hold the title, so what do I do when they ask to see the bill of sale?' He said 'Oh, they won't ask for the title, just tell them you bought it from her with cash.' Ok, just to clarify, he's the Sales Manager for this dealership, and he's telling me that I should commit FRAUD against Honda to transfer a third-party warranty in case something goes wrong with this car. Needless to say I thanked him politely and got the xxxx out of there. Someone SERIOUSLY needs to investigate this place! More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2002 BMW X5 from the dealership in december 2010. As it was mentioned above, it looked well maintained and i was assured that everything is in great shape. I even bought dealership in december 2010. As it was mentioned above, it looked well maintained and i was assured that everything is in great shape. I even bought the 3 year extended warranty from the dealership. Within 1 week of purchase, the car died on me at a turn and the heat would not work. I called them back, and they replaced the thermostat. After the 14th day, everything went haywire. Battery died, car wont even start. I had to have it towed to pep boys. I called the dealership and even emailed them - NO RESPONSE! they were done. They sold me the car and that was it. I took it to BMW and here are the details of the repairs needed -New alternator ($1100), new battery ($330), new resistor ($300), up-pipe and mid pipe transmission pressure change ($1500) and the fan belt was dying. I am now on my 2nd new battery post purchase. THEY SOLD ME A lemon. Ive been advised by my lawyer to file a complaint with the government and look for others with similar stories to file a class action suit against the dealer. If you have been wronged by them, email me - whenlightningcrashes@hotmail.com. More
Worst car buying experience EVER. LEMON DEALER! Back on December 1, 2009 I purchased a 2004 VW Jetta. The price of the car wasn't bad and the car itself looked very well maintained. After test driving an December 1, 2009 I purchased a 2004 VW Jetta. The price of the car wasn't bad and the car itself looked very well maintained. After test driving and looking at the rest of the inventory, I finally decided to purchase the car. It was the end of the night, about 7pm, so I was told that the mechanic would take a look at it and then I could come back the next day and sign for it if the car checked out alright. The next day I go back to the dealership, and the mechanic assures me the car is in pristine condition and checked out perfectly. I was then talked into spending $2000 extra dollars on an extended three year warranty through an auto insurance company. The dealer also gave me a 30 day money back guarantee. I took the car home and everything was fine .. for about three weeks. On New Year's Eve I was on my way to work when suddenly the car started misfiring. Every possible maintenance light started coming on and my engine light was blinking, which I knew was a bad sign. Since it was about 6pm on NYE, the dealership wasn't open so I had to wait until Saturday to call (NYE was a Thursday, and they were closed Friday for New Year's Day). So I get the car towed to my own personal mechanic. That Saturday morning my mechanic calls me and tells me the following is wrong with the car: battery died, needed new coils AND spark plugs, heater core spraying coolant into my dash, and the air filters were shot. The total cost with labor ended up being over $3000 dollars. I called the dealer and they told me my warranty had expired the day before, which they were CLOSED. I told them the car died before the warranty was up and I had a towing receipt to prove it. They refused to honor the warranty. The guy then tells me to call the extended warranty place and gives me the name of some mechanic up in Red Bank (another shady character) who would "take care of it." After calling the warranty place, I find out that NOTHING that went wrong with my car is even covered by the insurance. It was all "maintenance" and they don't cover it. So then I asked them about the heater core, which was the bulk of the money. They told me that the specific "classic" coverage I paid for doesn't cover it, only the "premium" package does. Mind you, work on Volkswagens is pricey. Even though the heater core itself only costs $150, it's extremely labor intensive, because they have to take the entire dash out. The estimate to replace it was over $1500 alone. I then asked the lady at the warranty place if I could pay a little extra and upgrade to the premium package and she told me as long as the dealer says okay, they could do it. I called the dealer back and told him this, to which he then yelled at me and told me I was lying. He refused to let me upgrade, fix and pay for the maintenance work, or take the car back. The guys at the dealer also hung up on me more than once. Now, I'm a young girl and I know it looks like I don't know much about cars, but they full on took advantage of me. To top it all off, I just found out that the AC evaporator needs to be replaced and the turbo is leaking oil, neither of which is covered by warranty. Then a week ago the alternator went, which is ACTUALLY covered by the warranty. However even though the alternator was covered, I still had to pay for the diagnostic test and taxes on the labor and part. All in all, I was sold a horrible car and a useless warranty, and the people that work there are rude and extremely shady. They will not help you AT ALL. I have spent $4500 on repairs for this car OUT OF POCKET and I have only had the car for six months. Please do yourselves a favor, and shop elsewhere. More
