Smoothest transaction ever. No pushy salesman. The owner Brett answered all of my questions. They don't negotiate with prices, but the price was very fair!! I would definitely buy my next car there again! Brett answered all of my questions. They don't negotiate with prices, but the price was very fair!! I would definitely buy my next car there again! The owner Brett, was the RUDEST salesman I ever dealt with. Right from the start. They Do Not negotiate prices. Which is fine. His attitude from the start is, take the car for what you see and dont as with. Right from the start. They Do Not negotiate prices. Which is fine. His attitude from the start is, take the car for what you see and dont ask anything about it. All I was doing was asking basic questions for buying a used car. He told me that I was looking for things wrong with the car. And I told him YES because I want to know all the details. Last time I checked, when I spend my money for a car, I'd like to know what I'm getting. If you can, don't give Auto Headquarters your business. Brett was insisting he was doing us a favor by us buying the car. Hes a Bully. Was the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever dealt with. He would have a negative rating if I could put that. If I could give them a zero I would Bought a 2010 Dodge Journey on 1/27/2020. Took it to my mechanic of 15 years who I trust implicitly). He could not look at it for a few days, no big Bought a 2010 Dodge Journey on 1/27/2020. Took it to my mechanic of 15 years who I trust implicitly). He could not look at it for a few days, no big deal. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, my mechanic called on Thursday, It needed 4 new tires and a bolt kit to keep the tires from wearing unevenly (I was ok with that, I've bought used cars before where tires need to be replaced). He also says it is leaking transmission fluid and all the lines needed to be replaced. I told him I had a 3,000/3 month power train warranty, so that should be covered, right? He said absolutely. I called the salesman who said he would have to check with the owner (ummm..... ok). The salesman calls back an hour later and says drop it off on Monday and they will take a look. Over the weekend my whole family gets the flu. So I have AAA tow it over. They call at 4:30 on Monday and say NOTHING is wrong with the lines, they have had it running all day and there are NO leaks. I tell them I don't believe them, I believe my mechanic. Then the guy starts calling me "sweetie". BIG mistake! I tell him I'm calling the towing company and I want it towed back to my garage right now. He hangs up on me. Luckily the towing company doesn't have a problem with getting the car back. My mechanic calls the next day and tells me they flushed out the lines to make them look clean and used a fluid with a polymer to keep it from leaking. When he flushed the lines again, and filled it with transmission fluid the leaks came back. He took lots of pictures and video and is writing up a statement I can use in small claims court. So with the tires and the transmission issues that another 2,000 into the car. I was fine with tires, but the power train warranty should have covered the trans lines and they shouldn't have lied about it, they should have just fixed it. More
