DEFINITION OF SLIME DEALER!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! SCAMMERS This might be slightly long, but read and then never buy from here and tell your friends. I can't get my money back but I can help someone else fr This might be slightly long, but read and then never buy from here and tell your friends. I can't get my money back but I can help someone else from wasting theirs. Bought an '06 Cadillac CTS from here for 9k with 74k miles. Took it on a test drive. Saw the carfax. Everything looked good except for the rotors, which i mentioned were causing the car to shake slightly when braking. At first they said they'd fix if the brakes didn't smooth out in a week. The rotors were grooved and I insisted that they be replaced no matter what if i buy the car. They finally agreed. The NEXT morning check engine light comes on. I call them and they say bring it in. The mechanic hooks up his code reader and goes to hit clear without even looking at codes. Thankfully I'm looking over his shoulder and say "wait thats gonna clear them!". He says "oh xxxx, what am i doing?" This is when I knew.......I screwed up buying a car from here. So there are numerous codes...misfire, catalytic converter, loss of communication. It's clear to me now that this dealership clears codes and tries to move the car, hoping the codes don't come back on test drive. So, they suggest clearing codes and whatever comes back they will fix. I am temporarily relieved that they say they'll fix. Big mistake. They would also fix the rotors at the same time they said. Catalytic converter code comes back and they say they will order and have an exhaust shop do the work. Takes them 2 months to get this catalytic converter, i'm guessing from Cambodia. I call them weekely and they say its hard to find, yet I call Autozone and they can have in a day. A week later the car has trouble cold starting and then About 2 weeks later the car starts stuttering when accelerating and then won't start. Multiple misfire codes (one of the original codes) are present. Car needs 3 coil packs and is low on oil. 3 weeks after purchase and its low on oil? Car also needs a new battery. They say buy coil packs and they will put on when they get the catalytic converter. Lol. The xxxx car won't run, how can i wait? I pay for repairs and new battery...cost $700. While waiting for the converter I have them do the rotors. Then finally the converter comes in and they decide they are going to do the converter and not have an exhaust shop do it. This is where the story gets even worse. About 1 month later while driving the car starts intermittently making noise like it has an exhaust leak. It comes and goes. The brakes also start squeeling. I bring it in to have someone look at it. The freaking exhaust is only held together by 2 bolts. There are a total of 6 missing bolts!!! These guys didn't even put the exhaust back together, they either didn't tighten the bolts or used the wrong ones. The brake pads are also completely shot, and the rotors are thinner than acceptable range. This means that they cut the rotors (instead of using new like they were supposed to) and they put old brake pads back onto the car. Of course when i call to tell them how completely unethical this is they deny doing anything wrong and tell me I can bring it to them to look at it. Like i would ever let them touch the car again. I pay for repairs. 2 weeks ago the check engine light is back on and then a few days later the car wont start. Have it towed in. The car needs timing chains and a catalytic converter again. Timing chains alone are almost $3,000 repair. I bite the bullet and trade the car in at a huge loss ad put down 5k on a certified pre-owned. NEVER, EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. If I could give negative stars I would. These guys really need to be sued. Btw, Abe supposedly owns a dealership right down the street. Avoid that one too. More

Scam Artists!!! Do Not Shop Here!! Purchased a F250 described to be in excellent condition. On my way home check engine light comes on. Knew it was gonna be a long road ahead with this Purchased a F250 described to be in excellent condition. On my way home check engine light comes on. Knew it was gonna be a long road ahead with this vehicle. A week later I'm filling the truck up and there is gas exiting through the fuel filler neck. Upon closer examination, the underside is completely rusted out and covered up with putty. While replacing this $200 plus part which isn't covered by the BS warranty they sold me (actually nothing is covered by the warranty-complete waste of money), I realized how bad a shape this truck really was. They put cheap aluminum barriers along the whole cab of the truck which covered up a frame that was barely together. The mechanic gave me an estimate of over $6,000 to make that vehicle safe. We weren't even talking about the slipping tranny yet! I decided it was time to cut my losses and move on trading it in. Then the next problem with this dealership occurred. They tried to scam me out of $450 dollars of a refund check from the warranty company, failing to notify me that the warranty company sent them two checks. Safe yourself the time money and aggravation and do not shop here. More
NEVER GO HERE Bought a 03 Cadillac CTS from this company. A week after purchasing the check engine light came on. They were closed over the weekend so i could only Bought a 03 Cadillac CTS from this company. A week after purchasing the check engine light came on. They were closed over the weekend so i could only report it come that following monday. After reporting the manager told me it was too late and they couldnt do anything. It had literally been 10 days since i purchased the car. When i brought it to the mechanic to get fixed he showed me some cheap "quick fix" maintenance under the hood and their was also a prior oil leak which I was told by John, had no prior major mechanical issues. They used a sealer to seal the hole instead of just replacing the pipe. The sealer they used dried against other wires and that was the reason why the check engine light was coming on. Also everytime it rains, the car gets a ton of water within the car. This is also something that was not mentioned upon paying 7000 cash for the car. This dealer is a fraud/ a conman and please do not waste your time spending your money here. They are also not accredited with the Better Business Bureau which should tell you something. More
I recently purchased a great, clean, excellent condition used 2001 BMW 740i from Shane and the guys at Auto Headquarters on rt88 in Lakewood. They were very helpful in finding me a car in my price range and used 2001 BMW 740i from Shane and the guys at Auto Headquarters on rt88 in Lakewood. They were very helpful in finding me a car in my price range and also very helpful in getting me the loan that I needed to purchase/finance the car. I asked them if they would be able to replace the brake pads and rotors for me and they were very kind and said YES. They also changed the windshield wipers, gave it an oil change with mobil 1 fully synthetic oil, and also put 4 brand new all season continental tires without me even asking. They made sure everything was in perfect shape as if it was a brand new car straight from the factory. I lost 3 vehicles in the sandy storm and I only purchased 1 so far for my family. I am certainly going back very soon for my next cars. They were very honest and they have great mint condition cars with vey god clean car fax reports which made me trust their word on any of their cars. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CLEAN VEHICLE WITH A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP. More
After the recent hurricane, my husband lost his truck and was in desperate need of another one. We didn't have a lot of money and would possibly need financing to get him another one. Upon our arrival to the was in desperate need of another one. We didn't have a lot of money and would possibly need financing to get him another one. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were shown a very nice 2001 Dodge Dakota 4x4. We informed Shane that we didn't have a lot of money but told him financing would be an option for us. He was very informative of the trucks condition and options, and answered all our questions and concerns as well. The truck was very clean and ran and drove great. The price was slightly above our budget so Shane introduced us to Abe who helped us get the financing we needed to buy the truck. Although our credit was not in the best shape, he was able to get us a loan at a decent rate and got us approved instantly. I was expecting a High pressure sales pitch, but there was no pitch at all!! We were very comfortable working with Shane and Abe. With all we lost in the hurricane, They showed warmth and concern, and made our truck buying experience very easy. Our oldest daughter turns 17 in a few months and when we're ready well be back at Auto Headquarters to purchase her a car. Thank you guys!! My Husband Loves the truck!!!! More
I bought a 2005 GMC Envoy from Auto Headquarters a little over a month ago and was very pleased with the service from Brett, and my wife absolutey loves this truck. We came from an hour away and Brett was co over a month ago and was very pleased with the service from Brett, and my wife absolutey loves this truck. We came from an hour away and Brett was completely honest with us on the phone and told us the check enigine light was on. We came down to look at the truck and it was in great condition. It was very clean on the outside and the inside was spotless. The back seats looked like noone had ever sat in them. The price was much more reasonable than all the other places we visited. We left a deposit on the Envoy and it was fixed by their mechanic the next day as promised. Its been about 6 weeks and the truck is running perfect. When the plates came in Brett called me and said he would over night them to me so I didnt have to make the hour drive.(he even sent me the screws) I would reccommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I have has so many bad experiences in the past so this was such a relief. More

MY CAR WAS LATER HAD TROUBLE WITH IT STALLING OUT. I KNOW I BOUGHT IT AS IS BUT I CALLED ABE AND HE TOLD ME TO DROP IT OFF SO THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. MY CAR WAS THERE FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD DROPPED IT OFF AT TOYOTA TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ISSUE. A FEW DAYS LATER ABE CALLED ME UP AND TOLD ME TO PICK UP MY CAR. HE SHOWED ME THE BILL WHICH WAS OVER 800 DOLLARS THAT THEY HAD TAKEN CARE OF IT. I AM VERY GREATFUL FOR THEM HELPING ME OUT AND TAKING CARE OF THE BILL AS A DEALERSHIP SHOULD DO EVEN IF THE CAR IS AS-IS. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. More
I found them online and went in to look at a Mercedes c240 that was described as "in excellent condition". When I got there, the owner told me that getting that car would be a mistake and pointed out a m c240 that was described as "in excellent condition". When I got there, the owner told me that getting that car would be a mistake and pointed out a more expensive audi. He told me that even though it had ALOT more miles, it didn't matter because after 70,000 it's all the same (I should have left right then and there) I told him I didn't like the Audi and he still kept trying to sell it to me. After a while, he showed me a 2004 Acura Tl that had 74,000 miles with built in nav. It was a sharp looking car and I was very interested. When we were discussing the price he wanted about $13000 for it, but said he'd go down to $12500. In order to prove to us that it was a "great deal" he went on autotrader.com and searched for a 2005 Acura Tl. The prices were similar, but I pointed out to him that he was looking at 2005 when the Acura we were looking at was 2004. He completely disregarded what I said and kept saying how great of a deal it was. I was trading in my car as part of the deal. It was a 2002 Mercedes c230 Kompressor which is worth about $6,000 on kbb. He offered to give me $5500, which isn't bad. So the net price I had to pay was $7000. When he first calculated all of the taxes and fees, he said it would be $648 on top of the $7000. I was about to put down my nonrefundable deposit of $648 when he informed me that it was actually $671. I still put down the payment and he told me to come back to finalize the purchase on Monday (it was Saturday). On Monday, I went to the dealer with my car and the rest of the payment (which I had to go get a bank check for). When I got there he asked if he could drive my car. I was a little suspicious seeing that he should have done that before we made the deal. He came back 10 minutes later saying that my engine sounded like it was going to blow (it was not I just had it at my mechanic a few days before). He told me that he couldn't give me the amount he originally told me for my car. It was quite obvious he was trying to get more money out of me. Luckily, I was smart enough to walk out of there. Reading the other reviews, I am glad I didn't get that car because it would have caused me a lot of trouble! Still, being that I live 2 hours away, it was a huge waste of time and money. What he did was EXTREMELY unprofessional and someone like that should not be allowed to continue to screw others over! Please take my warning and do not waste your time here! Again, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER STOPPING BY THIS DUMP!! More
