Brandon was very helpful and put up with my obnoxious stories...which takes a lot of patience (just ask my wife). My mom and I were both looking to purchase and she worked with Tony. Since it was pretty late while Tony was working with my mother he asked Brandon to help me out with the used Veloster I was interested in. I had to fight to squeeze every dime I could for my trade-in but that isn't anything the salesmen have control over. In the future I will be going back because there's no reasonable way for a Hyundai dealership to nitpick the trade-in value of another Hyundai...and to be fair the Pontiac I was trading in was a lemon. Overall I was happy with how I was treated and Brandon helped me get heated seats installed and made sure the car was showroom condition before I took it home. A special thanks to the service department as well since those guys are really top-notch and make sure you are 100% informed and satisfied before you leave their shop. They have free coffee in the waiting room and it reminds me of a car dealership like from stories my grandfather would tell me of the "good old days" when car dealerships actually cared about their customers and weren't just trying to nickel and dime every person to death who walked in. Kudos guys! My wife is wanting a new car now and Auffenberg Hyundai will be the first place we look. More

I bought by Hyundai Sante Fe in Nov 2009 and got the extended service package and Auto butler. I have taken it in for regular service visits and cleaning since purchase and have had nothing but positive extended service package and Auto butler. I was allowed to test drive the cars I was interested in without pressure. They took their time and explained the details that I needed to know as well as the questions that I asked. They introduced me to the service manager. The service process was explained. The service manager was friendly and knowledgable. Tony went over the car details with me and took me on a tour of the inside of the car. My son and I both drove home in new vehicles from Auffenberg. He in his Veloster and me in my Elantra. When my car needs service, I will definitely bring it to Auffenberg and when it is time for a new car, Auffenberg will be the first place I stop. More
