This was a great experience for a firt time car buyer and I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as the salesman to anyone I know. Great customer service experience and they cleaned my car up very well so it looked perfect when I drove it off the lot. Overall I do not have any complaints. More
I purchased a new 2012 Sonata from Auffenberg in January and had the pleasure of dealing with Keith Dalton. He was very courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel as though I was bei and had the pleasure of dealing with Keith Dalton. He was very courteous, professional and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel as though I was being taken advantage of like other car buying experiences I've had. Auffenberg is second to none where customer service is concerned... I visit them weekly to have my car washed and have not waited more that 20 mins during any of my visits. Affenberg sets the standard! More
I bought an elantra from Tim in 2006 and just traded my 2010 Fusion in on a 2012 Sonata. Tim wasn't available when I came in but Dave Matysik was very helpful. I use the Hyundai Service department 90% or 2010 Fusion in on a 2012 Sonata. Tim wasn't available when I came in but Dave Matysik was very helpful. I use the Hyundai Service department 90% or more of the time and they are always professional. I appreciate the "coupons" emailed to me and use them when I need service. The buying experience is excellent and Dave was very understanding that I wasn't interested in any "add-on's" and was ready to purchase. Once our negotiations were completed, it took less than 45 minutes to sign the paperwork and drive away. I love the Hyundai brand and had great performance from my Elantra, which I still drive. The warranty is another reason that brings me back, and now with my new Sonata I will be getting all my service done there including oil changes. The pick-up/delivery service and loaner cars only add to the already excellent service provided. Thanks to Dave and Tim for their professional service and I will most likely be back in a few years to trade my Elantra for a new one. More
Having two SUVs in the family we felt we needed to dispose of one and opt for a more economical vehicle for local driving. I researched on the internet and the Elantra got my attention. We visited A dispose of one and opt for a more economical vehicle for local driving. I researched on the internet and the Elantra got my attention. We visited Auffenberg for a look since we were not familiar with that line. We connected with Brandon Rea who proved to be a most personable fellow, polite, courteous, and who really knew his business. He answered all our questions, showed us around and we were able to determine in short order that we were on to something good. Without any sales pressure we were soon convinced the Elantra was what we had in mind. It took a few days for Brandon to find the exact vehicle (color and options) we wanted but he did it. We have bought many vehicles over the years but this was the best new car buying experience we can recall. We appreciated the efficiency of all involved. The whole transaction was extremely smooth. Great job Brandon we really appreciate your help. More
We recently visited Auffenberg to see about purchasing a new vehicle. We thought (and were told by the sales manager) we would get the best deal because last year Auffenberg let my wife drive off the lot wi new vehicle. We thought (and were told by the sales manager) we would get the best deal because last year Auffenberg let my wife drive off the lot without oil in her car after an oil change. This was a hard pill to swallow but we tried anyway. They did nothing to give us peace of mind after that incident and would hope they could at least help on a new car since that was their suggestion in the first place. After checking another dealer we found we could get a better deal even after we told them what Auffenberg did to our vehicle. I would not suggest Auffenberg for the purchase of a new car and make sure if you use them for service to ask to check your dip stick! What they don't understand it that if they would have at least checked our car thoroughly we wouldn’t have these issues with their business! They chose self preservation over customer satisfaction! And to get peace of mind it still cost us $8K. At least we can say we didn't go to Auffenberg! More
Bradon is a good sales person. He's not condescending as are so many car sales people. He demonstrated what an exceptional customer experience is suppose to look like in todays interactions with consumers. are so many car sales people. He demonstrated what an exceptional customer experience is suppose to look like in todays interactions with consumers. Curt tried to do business with a prominent St Louis dealership, where the sales person argued with him, insisting that he'd been "in this business for many years and, by god, he knew darn well that there were no 2013 on the marlet, yet!" This boob called while we were talking to Brandon, asking Curt to call, sounding pretty cocky about the fact that "No one was selling 2013 cars" and that once Curt found that out, he'd be back there. Perhaps you guys should offer a course to all car dealerships on Delivering An Extraordinary Customer Experience Every Time.....Naahhh, maybe not...let em keep living in the dark ages. Hey, Great Job, Bradon! O_o More
I would recommened anyone looking for a new car to go to Brandon. He was a great help. I knew I wanted a new car when I came in, but he helped me make it a reality. I was able to trade in my Mitsubishi E Brandon. He was a great help. I knew I wanted a new car when I came in, but he helped me make it a reality. I was able to trade in my Mitsubishi Eclipse for a great deal, and with Brandon's help I got to the price I wanted. I am extremely happy with my new 2012 Hyundai Elantra. The car itself is amazing, I am getting an average of 35 mpg. When the car arrived on the lot, Brandon also helped my check out the inner features, as well as to help me set up my bluetooth. Overall, I'd give him and the dealership a 10/10 as a helpful and caring employee and business. More
Brandon was very helpful and put up with my obnoxious stories...which takes a lot of patience (just ask my wife). My mom and I were both looking to purchase and she worked with Tony. Since it was prett stories...which takes a lot of patience (just ask my wife). My mom and I were both looking to purchase and she worked with Tony. Since it was pretty late while Tony was working with my mother he asked Brandon to help me out with the used Veloster I was interested in. I had to fight to squeeze every dime I could for my trade-in but that isn't anything the salesmen have control over. In the future I will be going back because there's no reasonable way for a Hyundai dealership to nitpick the trade-in value of another Hyundai...and to be fair the Pontiac I was trading in was a lemon. Overall I was happy with how I was treated and Brandon helped me get heated seats installed and made sure the car was showroom condition before I took it home. A special thanks to the service department as well since those guys are really top-notch and make sure you are 100% informed and satisfied before you leave their shop. They have free coffee in the waiting room and it reminds me of a car dealership like from stories my grandfather would tell me of the "good old days" when car dealerships actually cared about their customers and weren't just trying to nickel and dime every person to death who walked in. Kudos guys! My wife is wanting a new car now and Auffenberg Hyundai will be the first place we look. More
