Service pencil whipped the inspection paperwork right in front of me. Told me they would correct it the next day by coming to get my car. No one called until I went in there later that afternoon on my way front of me. Told me they would correct it the next day by coming to get my car. No one called until I went in there later that afternoon on my way home. Then of course I got a call a half hour later. Talked with them and expressed my concerns and thay said they would come to my ace to get the car to correct the problems per our discussion on the phone. They did comegcomeget my car and brought it back to me. I ask the guy if everything wss completed this time and he tolde everything was done. He left really fast before I was able to check my car well now I know why because everthing was not done! It is 40 miles round trip to the dealership and my car wa s there twice and still they did not complete everthing. Total of 80 plus miles! I will not recommend this place to anyone! If they pencil whip paperwork in front of customers what kind of work do they do when no one is looking! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More
This being our third experience with dealing with Auto Dealerships in the last three years and having a bad experience with the quality of the products that we purchased, our first question was, what shou Dealerships in the last three years and having a bad experience with the quality of the products that we purchased, our first question was, what should we do. To repair the car that we purchased a little better than a year ago was going to cost us in excess of $5,000, we had to talk about the decision. During our conversation a salesman ask us if he could give us some help in making the decision. After talking to him for a short time explaining what our dilemma was he then ask us if we had ever had the opportunity to sit in and test drive an Elantra. We told him no so he took us right out and showed us one of our color choosing and we test drove it. The dealership was able to come within a $1,000 of what we thought our car was worth repaired. We went ahead and made a trade, they took our car and we were able to drive home in a new car. The complete Hyundai Dealership Team was very helpful, polite, and patient with us and made us feel like they wanted to help us with our decision more than seeing us drive away with a new car. Yes, they were happy that we did drive away with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, but it was our decision and that meant a lot of my wife and, I. We will recommend the dealership to anyone who we know is looking for an automobile. More
The salesman did not seem to have the time to deal with us and left us many times to work with other customers. I was concerned about purchasing a car that did not come with a spare time so I opted to add us and left us many times to work with other customers. I was concerned about purchasing a car that did not come with a spare time so I opted to add the spare tire add on purchase to the sale. The salesman only put part of the kit in the car. Had we not checked to see if it was there we would have driven two hours home without the jack. The car did not have floor mats. The salesmans stated they did not always come in the used cars and they did not have any in stock. Stated they would mail them to us. It has been at least three months and we have not recieved them. They did not offer to put gas in the car at delivery but did so after we questioned them about this practice. We only received one key with the car. They stated they would get another and send that to us...never got it. I would not buy another car from this dealership nor would I recommend them. More

Buying this Sonata was the fastest and easiest car purchase we've made. Pat greeted us before we even left the parking area and told us about the sale on the Sonata. I came to look at Elantras because purchase we've made. Pat greeted us before we even left the parking area and told us about the sale on the Sonata. I came to look at Elantras because of the price, but Pat was able to show me the upgrade and price match. After I called my daughter and she looked it up on consumer reports, I didn't even shop anywhere else. Pat was able to set paperwork up so that we were able to get in and out quickly after my husband got off work and Justin was able to explain the numbers easily so we could understand. Then Pat set up appointments for tinting next week and an oil change in March. Over all I am very pleased and a little suprised it's already done. More

Jeremy was very helpful during my test drives and not pushy at all which I appreciated. I decided on the Santa Fe and then walked in to the show room and fell in love with a silver Tucson. The whole buying process went rather smoothly. The vehicle could have been cleaner, however. It was dusty on the inside and I thought that a little more time could have been spent cleaning it for me. Also, when I got home I noticed a tiny paint chip in the back bumper. I called Jeremy right away and he said he'd get it taken care of this week. So, it this happens and the inside gets a better cleaning, I will be a very happy Hyundai owner. Thanks Gail Davidsmeyer More
