First of all, let me say my salesperson Steve was good and the finance department was also. However, the extra stuff you are told you have to buy and the manager will tell you it is not an option to say n and the finance department was also. However, the extra stuff you are told you have to buy and the manager will tell you it is not an option to say no to the $199 auto care and $70 for Nitro, is ridiculous. Why would I purchase these two things when I do not live close to the dealership? They need to put this in all of their advertisements because I certainly would not have driven to another state to buy a car knowing I did not have a choice in the matter. More
In May we started looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2001 Ford Ranger. We shopped online and did research for weeks but could not find the right vehicle. Brandon Rae was our salesman and within 15 minutes we found the vehicle that had everything my husband was looking for in a car. Brandon was straight-forward and left no questions unanswered. Within 2 hours, we left the dealership in our Hyundai Veloster. Brandon has been helpful with any questions we have had and even loaned us his car when we brought our car in to be serviced and there were no loaners available. We received a customer loyalty letter from Auffenberg's Hyundai. We wanted to down size to a more miles per gallon vehicle. Everything the staff did was exactly what they advertised. We were greeted at the door, shown around the showroom until our appointment time was to begin. The young lady filled out a brief survey and we were immediately handed over to a salesman. Donnie was very polite and knowledgeable of the inventory. Once we described what we wanted he arranged for the perfect car to be brought to the front doors and we took a test drive. It was the perfect car for us; the first car we drove. My wife and I were amazed. He took us through the process of buying the car, trading in our pervious Hyundai and getting the deal we wanted. We have always appreciated the professionalism of this dealership. We will definitely be buying from them again in the future. More
