We stopped at a Volvo dealer and they were "short handed" and couldn't help for at least an hour. We left and went to Audi of Wallingford. Josh met us with a smile and after speaking with us, for just a few minutes, he recommended we drive the Q7, diesel. He is very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, and provide us with a plethora of information. We took delivery of the vehicle that same day without ever going to the other dealers. They gave me a great deal on my Q7 as well as a generous trade-in value and finance rate. The Best For almost 16 years now I have known and done business with Steve and his "family" and even though we don't see them as often as we'd like to they are For almost 16 years now I have known and done business with Steve and his "family" and even though we don't see them as often as we'd like to they are more than sales or dealership employees, they are our friends. This time we traded our A3 (previously ordered from Steve and Ron) for a Q5 TDI that we love. It turned into a last minute thing and they stayed late to get everything done and gave us a great deal at the same time. For my Audi and Porsche needs there is no other place in the state where I can get treated like this.
