He updates as the car is worked on, is friendly, and makes a point to have full customer satisfaction! I don't worry when I drive knowing that the techs, especially Sal Valenzuela, have taken care of my car. I started with a lease on an A4 in 2008, then custom ordered my 2011 A5 which was a lease, then a purchase since I loved the car so much! Jim Anderson took care of me each time and every time I go there for service he takes the time to come over, say hello, etc. Mike and Seth at the service desk have greeted me promptly and courteously every time. (And with the exception of tire swaps and one removal of a nail - I've only needed regular maintenance. Very reliable cars!) They have always taken me in at the time that works for me and work is done is a timely fashion. I think the dealership is clean, up to date, inside and out. I appreciate the Wi-fi, treats and coffee that are always fully stocked. I am sticking with this dealership and encourage others to give it a try and see for themselves. More

After reviewing several websites regarding customers with similar issues at other dealers, I was worried I w My Audi A4 had oil consumption problems. After reviewing several websites regarding customers with similar issues at other dealers, I was worried I would have difficulty getting my dealer to address the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that after failing the oil consumption test, my service writer, Michael Coughlin, advised that my car required replacement of the pistons and the rings for the engine. I was provided a loaner vehicle and kept informed throughout the entire process. Additionally, while replacing the necessary engine parts, I was advised that I would soon need front brakes and that my right wheel bearing needed replacement. I was so thankful to have a dealer and service center that is thorough and puts their customers first. Michael was professional and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Audi of Wallingford!!! The best car purchasing experience I have ever had At 75, I've bought a number of cars over the years. In this instance I was replacing a 2000 Audi S4 and used the internet to search for both new and At 75, I've bought a number of cars over the years. In this instance I was replacing a 2000 Audi S4 and used the internet to search for both new and used Audies and BMWs, with manual transmission, along with a side track to Mercedes and Infinities. I visited a number of dealerships in the last month and arrived at Audi of Wallingford after spotting a 2012 Audi S4, manual transmission, with 27,000 miles and Audi Certified. I was lucky to become the customer of Jack Camarda, a neat guy with a most interesting background and we hit it off. I drove both the 2012 S4 and a bright red slightly used 2015 A4. The S4 won the day and a couple of hours into my visit after negotiating price with Sales Manager Stephen Gilligan, I bought the car the day before Thanksgiving. Wallingford is nearly an hour from my home and I was delighted to hear from Jack that he would pick me up at 9 a.m., Friday morning, the day after Thanksgiving, to finalize the paperwork and pick up my car. Everything was a pleasure, including that ride back to the dealership. I spent some time with Drew White, their Business Manager, wrapping up the final paperework. Then Jack and I went over everything I could think to ask, before driving home with a smile on my face. If I have further questions, I know that Jack and Audi of Wallingford will be there for me to answer them. I would recommend Jack and Audi of Wallingford to all of my friends and acquaintances. More
