I’ve been using Audi of huntington service for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the past 2 experiences I had were not acceptable and was even thinking of going somewhere else for my next vehicle. All that changed with Jenna Devito she is the best. She goes above and beyond, knows her job and gets things done efficiently and in a timely manner. Won’t see anyone else from now on. I requested a loaner and it was completely dirty. Fingerprints all over the screens, garbage on the floor and the seats & the odor was terrible. I called my service advisor and they said that the car has been sanitized (but it clearly hasn’t) and I did not feel comfortable taking the loaner due to COVID. Nonetheless, I called the service advisor and he said he would take it to the car wash, however, the inside of the car was still dirty. I had no choice but to take the car & had to wear a mask and gloves every time I entered the loaner. Furthermore, he never went over the loaner agreement with me and signed for me at the bottom of the agreement, which I found displeasing because I wasn’t able to point out any damages or issues with the loaner beforehand.
