I cold called Rich Plush because he got high reviews on DealerRater and he did not disappoint. He reserved a 2021 Audi q5 hybrid (you can't get a hold of any yet!) that had just arrived at the port with $5 DealerRater and he did not disappoint. He reserved a 2021 Audi q5 hybrid (you can't get a hold of any yet!) that had just arrived at the port with $500 down over the phone. He kept tabs on where it was, called me with updates, scheduled my trade appraisal all without even meeting him. When I arrived he had everything ready to make the deal including all the PHEV rebates. Super straightforward, totally knowledgeable, completely trustworthy. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And the dealership is very professional, courteous and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more! More

This was my first Audi visit for service and it was my best dealer visit ever. I’ve been using Audi of huntington service for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the past 2 experiences I had were not acceptable and was even thinking of going somewhere else for my next vehicle. I requested a loaner and it was completely dirty. Fingerprints all over the screens, garbage on the floor and the seats & the odor was terrible. I called my service advisor and they said that the car has been sanitized (but it clearly hasn’t) and I did not feel comfortable taking the loaner due to COVID. Nonetheless, I called the service advisor and he said he would take it to the car wash, however, the inside of the car was still dirty. I had no choice but to take the car & had to wear a mask and gloves every time I entered the loaner. Furthermore, he never went over the loaner agreement with me and signed for me at the bottom of the agreement, which I found displeasing because I wasn’t able to point out any damages or issues with the loaner beforehand.
