Audi of Huntington’s service department is for me why I choose to go out of my way. In particular, Jenna, a service advisor, is truly outstanding; always goes the extra mile whether it’s explaining services needed, pricing or anything that may arise; always keeps me well informed along the way and always with a smile. I cannot say enough about Jenna. This dealership me feel that I am a valued customer. Most recently, Seenath was my service technician; he could not have been more professional from explaining what needed to be done and why to successfully completing the job in the estimated time . Even Leland who took my car into shop could not have been more friendly or professional. In this time of Covid-watching the techs take time to assure my car was properly sanitized after servicing made me feel confident that my car was safe. This service department is truly outstanding and in my opinion mirrors the Mission Statement of Audi. More
