In additon this car was not properly put into the Audi Certified Pre Owned Warranty Program, and left in the old owners name, without re-certification according to Audi of America. The dealer GM, Rick Bonilla has been gracious in making everything right. The saleswoman Hildy Kaye has been rude, pious, and taken a blameless position on the sale, certification, and inspection on this vehicle that she was responsible for along with the service department and failed to follow through. It is just sad. Rick Bonilla has taken ownership of this problem as GM and I will continue to deal with him on this, just as Hildy so rudely directed me this AM when she stated "Well you are dealing with Rick so keep dealing with Rick, because I don't know and I have nothing to do with it. I'm being bombarded with this." She sold me the car, not Rick. I would not recommend a purchase here at this time, the staff needs a bit of polish/training. ***END OF UPDATE*** I was in an accident and my insurance company totaled my car. So I unexpectedly was in search of a car. I saw a beautiful Certified Pre Owned A3 on AutoTrader.com and contacted Audi of Huntington immediately. I was placed into contact with Hildy Kaye and she was wonderful. This was an out of state purchase and she made a very complicated process go as smooth as possible. I sent a close friend to look at the car in person for me and Hildy showed him the maintenance and the carfax on the car. I loved everything about the way things were handled with Hildy as I am not easiest to get a hold of due to my line of work so she was VERY accommodating. I only have one complaint about my car, the service detail was not up to par. I am not sure that Hildy was directly responsible for that I would assume the service department would be in charge of that. When I came to pick up the car, the dashboard was ashen, there was sticky goo in the door cup holder, residue in the mid console cup holders, and the carpets had not been shampooed it appeared. So i have spend a few hundred bucks to have it detailed and properly cleaned. I would have expected that a CPO vehicle would have been detailed to Audi standards prior to delivery. More

I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Larry Merola and after a great talk I was confident in my decision. Larry took the time to understand my needs, and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. Larry is one of the greatest brand specialist out there in my humble opinion. He knows what he is selling, listens to understand your needs and wants, treats you like family, and is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to get into an Audi, do yourself a favor and see Larry Merola. More

She worked with me to an agreement making both parties happy. When I went to pick up the vehicle all the paper work was ready for me to sign. We stopped at the maintenance center to verify the maintenance plan. Finally we got my car (2009 Audi A4 Quattro Premium Plus) and Tooba took the time to explain the basics as well the fine detail of all the controls. She even connected up my blackberry to the bluetooth. Very professional and I highly reccomend the dealership and Tooba. More
While performing a random search on an Auto website for the Q5 3.2 S-line Prestige in Phantom Black one night it finally came up with two vehicles. One in Manhattan and one at Audi of Huntington. I had already been to Biener Audi, priced the vehicle and was told delivery couldn't be expected until May the earliest so I was thrilled to see one so close to me. The next day we decided to take a ride over there just to have a look see. And there it was. As soon as I walked into the showroom it was right before my eyes, like a little Audi mirage. A very sweet receptionist called a sales person for us and we were greeted warmly by James. We sat and talked for awhile as he worked out the financials and I very much felt like I was sitting in my livingroom chatting with a friend. The whole atmosphere of the dealership is unlike any other I've ever experienced. After we purchased the vehicle James was even kind enough to cater to my neurosis and locked the vehicle for me so no one else could go inside. Vehicle delivery day was 2 days later and much to my dismay, I wasn't feeling well. Anneliese got me in and out of there as fast as is humanly possible with regard to dealership paperwork and James sat with my husband to go over the bells and whistles of the car while I went home to go lay in bed. It's been 2 days now and I think I'm in love. I'm heading back to the dealership tomorrow to thank James and Anneliese for being so kind, courteous and professional. If their service department turns out to be half as good as their sales department then I'm sure to be in good hands. More

I recently returned to Audi of Huntington for my third vehicle lease from them and every experience is better than the last. I want someone who knows their vehicles, and can help to stear me in the right direction. Larry is one of the most genuine, down to earth professionals I have met and he is surrounded by equally talented people including their GM Jeff. I have referred countless friends and family members to their dealership and all have come back completely satisfied. It's very easy to have a bad experience when shopping for a new car but the team at Audi of Huntington are a true gem. More
We first visited Audi back in July 2011. We were searching for a new car and really liked the looks of the Q5. Hildy was very nice and took the time to sit with us and walk through all the options, searching for a new car and really liked the looks of the Q5. Hildy was very nice and took the time to sit with us and walk through all the options, even though she knew we were visiting multiple car dealers that day. They didn't have any Q5 2.0s on site that were not already sold, but she called as soon as they received one. The test drive was great. We didn't end up purchasing the test vehicle, as we wanted different options on the car. After about a month of weighing the Q5 vs other SUVs, we went back to Audi in November and ordered our new SUV. One of the things we really liked about Hildy is she was very honest about what she thought we did NOT need on the car. Also, the Q5 comes with many options in the base price and we ended up adding just a few. The price was very reasonable for the SUVs in its class and after a wait of only about 2 months, we picked up our brand new Q5. After finishing the paperwork, Hildy took quite some time to go over the car and show us how to use all the amenities. It was a great experience from start to finish. More

Over the last 15 years or so I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealer. Each of these vehicles has only been serviced by the dealership.
