Christopher Grant, service consultant, listened attentively about my complaint regarding an intermittent "check engine" light that appeared on my dashboard. Although the car had been in for service several times, no one seemed to be conclusive about what was causing this to happen. Christopher arranged for a loaner car and asked me to leave my car overnight in order to ascertain what this problem was. He was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned to get to the bottom of it. He and the mechanic were able to give me a definitive answer and called promptly to explain the causation. I decided to live with the light coming on since it did not affect my safety or the running of the engine. At no time did Christopher try to persuade or coerce me into spending the extra money to fix this. I felt his sincere effort to merely give me clarity.
