We’ve been with Audi of Huntington for many years. We are SO grateful for Jenna who works in the service department. I went there WITHOUT an appt ointment & my coolant light that had just switched on..... SO grateful for Jenna who works in the service department. I went there WITHOUT an appt ointment & my coolant light that had just switched on.......she kindly offered to top up my fluids HERSELF......in two minutes SHE looked under my hood & told me I had a leak instead! She informed me I could not drive the vehicle & proceeded to get me a Audi rental car! Now that, is what I call GREAT service! Unfortunately, we needed to order a part & it took a week.between delivery & install. It appears they are backed up because there’s not enough mechanics working! Yes, I am going to blame our government for paying people more money to stay home & do nothing! This will definitely lead to inflation. We the consumers will pay the price in the end because Audi will have to hire more workers at a higher rate. Regardless, I must say I rely on Jenna for everything there, she’s SO efficient & she’s even provided me with her long eyelash tips! Lol I love her SO much that IF she leaves Audi, I would buy whatever vehicle her next dealership sells! Best regards! Patty W-H More

Overall outstanding service experience. Best in class having gone to two other Audi dealerships close to my house in Massapequa. Here are some of the differences: Entry and Exit into the dealership is re having gone to two other Audi dealerships close to my house in Massapequa. Here are some of the differences: Entry and Exit into the dealership is reasonably uncongested (others you can hardly park); Support staff is efficient, very friendly, and supportive; left eyeglasses in the car; went and got my eyeglasses in a flash so I could work; the place is well maintained and clean; technician took a video of my service and sent to me on my phone to watch; had my car washed external and internal - super job; my key ring broke and they game me a new one. This will now be my go-to dealership. Rember, when you buy an Audi the cars at each of the dealerships are the same; what you are really buying is the quality of the dealership staff! Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. I had been waiting weeks for pictures of a vehicle that never came and received little contact beyond marketing spam emails.
