Terrible customer service . Since I took this car every single day I found issues in this car than when I came back to your dealer they want to charge me for anything, first issue start when the center mir single day I found issues in this car than when I came back to your dealer they want to charge me for anything, first issue start when the center mirror fall down than the holder cups in the back seats is broken, Drivers Assistance is not working and Audi Connect is not working All Of that and I still spend with the car more than 2 weeks. your place don’t want to provide me with the code unless they charge me for it which I read in the Owner’s manual that code will be provide with the key with no charge. Your salesman said that previous code with the first owner which the car was with other dealer not with other person. At the day of Test Drive he keep saying oh it has a lot of options, this car has and has….etc he didn’t mention anything about I have to pay for all of this if I knew that from the beginning I wouldn’t going to purchase this car. As I love Audi and it’s was my dream to have one but I regret this decision to have Audi that I really want to sell this car ASAP. I was having Toyota their customer service was more than amazing and more professional better than Audi at least they don’t keep transfer me from person to other to solve my issues. In the other hand the only person I really like him was Tom. He was so nice and understanding what you ask for it More

The only competent person I dealt with was Susan Chernick, the Service Advisor. The management of the Service Department, and the GM is the worst I have ever experienced. Leadership starts at the top, and these leaders should be replaced with competent and caring individuals that value their customers and can be a proper Ambassador for the dealership. People like Susan should be running this dealership. She exhibits the attitude and desire to make the customer feel valued and resolve the issue. Shame on the ownership of Audi of Huntington. More
