Worst Experience in 50 Years I purchased not leased a 2017 Q7 in May and the car came with small spider type scratches all over. It was a cloudy day when I picked up the car so I I purchased not leased a 2017 Q7 in May and the car came with small spider type scratches all over. It was a cloudy day when I picked up the car so I didn't see the scratches. They had to send the car out to be polished which seemed to work for a few months but now It looks like a 5 year old car again. The Service Manager Mark Porcillo told me yesterday "that is an old issue and it's closed". Can you imagine? Now the worst: I ordered touch up paint Ink Blue Metallic and received Ink Blue PEARL. I was told by 2 people in Parts that the number on the computer matches the number on the paint and assured ne it was the right color. Now with the touch up on the car the color is completely different at least 5-7 shades lighter and not Metallic. The service manager said it was close enough despite that you can see the difference from 10 feet away. He insisted that it was "close enough" and the colors never match with touch up. Total Lie. He said and I quote "I will give you $20 out of my pocket for the refund". Disgraceful. What would I do for touch up paint? Order another one from Audi with the incorrect name. Deep thought process. He said "take it to a body shop and they can match the paint". Seriously, a comment from management? I called Audi USA headquarters and a supervisor was supposed to call me. Yup--no call. I sent 2 emails to the GM and Sales manager at Huntington Audi and again not even the courtesy of a call or email. Quality. If anyone would like to see my "new" car condition I can meet you outside their showroom. Next step--I will do what Manager Porcillo said and take it to a local Huntington body shop. Can you imagine this? I will have them match and repair the color mismatch. I have photos to show the Pearl color. I will file a claim in Huntington Small Claims court and let the judge resolve this disgraceful situation. She's honest (you don't get that pushy car salesman feel at all with her) and takes the time to explore all options for you and makes the process enjoyable. I even briefly checked out other Audi dealerships for the exact same model/ features and I'm confident that I couldn't possibly have found a better deal or had a better experience. I highly recommend working with Tooba Umar of Audi of Huntington. More

I was treated very fair (and I did shop around too) and everyone I dealt with was very very professional The dealership even resolved some of the mistakes that the auto insurance company created it transferring my plates from my BMW to my new 2017 Audi A4. He really took the time to go over everything with me and showed me all the details of my new Q5 on delivery day. Bruce is just an overall nice guy, no games like most car salesman. The manager Jeff was also so nice and really tried to help work with me in any way he could. I commend these men on their professionalism and friendliness. Wonderful experience As a person who has often said that I would rather undergo a colonoscopy than have to deal with the petty negotiations of car salespeople, I want to c As a person who has often said that I would rather undergo a colonoscopy than have to deal with the petty negotiations of car salespeople, I want to commend Huntington Audi for making my recent Audi lease a positive and pain-free process. The bulk of the praise goes to my salesperson, Tooba Umar. Tooba gave us an excellent price right from the beginning rather than us having to endure the endless back and forth negotiations that typically occur. She did not pull the multiple trips to "talk to my manager," but came back to us with an excellent offer the first time. We had not intended to lease a car that day but, could not pass up the offer. Tooba was extremely pleasant to deal with and made the transaction seamless. She delivered my new car quickly, on time and at my convenience. She showed great patience in going over the many features of our new car. Neither she nor anyone else at Huntington Audi pulled the "hard sell" to try and get us to buy extra coverage or products that we do not need. More

Overall experience Having previously had horrible experiences with purchasing many cars at other dealerships over the years, I must acknowledge that I went in to Audi of Having previously had horrible experiences with purchasing many cars at other dealerships over the years, I must acknowledge that I went in to Audi of Huntington with a defensive attitude. I went to lease or purchase a new Audi S6, having first test driven one at Atlantic Audi. Atlantic was a loser from every aspect, from the inexperienced salesperson, disinterested sales manager, to the incomplete price quoting. Basically, your typical sleazy dealer with an upscale showroom. So, off to Huntington Audi, sort of expecting the same. I was sent to see Errol FettahLioglu, Totally different, customer based approach, Errol suggested a pre-owned S-6 with low mileage. The car was perfect. Not a scratch , nick or any issues. The dealership was very fair with pricing, and I had done my homework, knowing what I' was willing to pay. We closed the transaction and I picked up the car within the next few days, Everything went off without a hitch. I left, a very satisfied customer, definitely with plans to return in the future. Subsequently a small problem with the ac popped up on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The service writers were able, at very short notice, to put me into a new A-6 courtesy loaner until my car was fixed on the first workday back. I couldn't have asked for more professional treatment. Bottom line. If you're looking for an Audi, try these folks out. No hard sell, no unfilled promises and very reasonable on the pricing. Always Impressed I just visited the new Audi of Huntington for my yearly service for my R8. I knew that they were renovating but WOW, what an amazing set up they have I just visited the new Audi of Huntington for my yearly service for my R8. I knew that they were renovating but WOW, what an amazing set up they have now. Now the dealership looks as great as the people that work there. The service department team runs as smooth as my car. Friendly,Helpful,Courteous,Accommodating, and most importantly Timely!!!! Jenna DeVito is the best, she had my loaner car ready and waiting with a hot cup of coffee and I was off to work. My car was ready at the end of the day as promised. As far as cost goes last year David Zelen took the time to make me a print out of what 4 years of maintenance would cost and pointed out the HUGE savings in purchasing Audi Care. I was so impressed that he took the time to explain the plan and was only interested in helping me SAVE money. I'm very lucky to drive a supercar, but I'm just as lucky to have a super mechanic, I need to thank John Lynch, he is not just a mechanic he is a certified R8 super car mechanic, highly trained and not many with his experience, I'm so glad they have this highly skilled professional on their team. Mark Porcillo is the service manager he has obviously put together a great set of people who communicate with each other as well as with the customer. Immediately, I experienced a welcoming atmosphere, and stuff that was extremely professional, courteous, and willing to help. In particular, my salesperson, Tooba Umar, provided an extremely pleasant car buying experience, and within an hour I walked out extremely happy as I had made a deposit for certified pre-used vehicle. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. There was little need for negotiation, as she immediately was able to provide was I was looking for, and for a fair price. I did not feel pressured at any time, and there was no games with the price. Even though it was a rainy Sunday, and the dealership was about to close, Tooba was okay with us making several trips out to the vehicles so that I could be comfortable about my decision. You could tell that she really cares about customer satisfaction, and always tries to squeeze the best available deal for you. In my situation, the car that I was about to buy had several tiny scratches on the front bumper for which I had requested to be touched-up. She went above-and-beyond with the management department, and exceeded my expectations by getting the problem addressed quickly and professionally. Also, all the employees whom I interacted with in both the financing and service departments delivered exceptional service. All in all, Tooba did a phenomenal job, and I am extremely happy with every aspect of my purchase at the Audi of Huntington! I would definitely recommend this dealership and plan on returning there for future purchases! More
