That was a new experience for me because in over 60 years of driving, whenever the car was serviced I was always given a car by the dealership for my immediate use. this did not happen. I arrived at 7:30 AM as instructed but had to wait over a hour for a loaner - and it was a Chevy. Both the wait and car were a bit of a surprise. fortunately, I will not have to return until next December. Hopefully it will be a bit more of a seamless c=experience at that time. More

Also Craig Seager who handles the infomat systems in the car came to our home to set up the system. Could not ask for a better pain free, no pressure service. When we first moved to FL. I was looking at an A4 Conv. Needless to say I did not have a good expierence with this dealership so I was alittle apprehensive in dealing with them. All that has now changed and I am very satified. Make sure you get the maintenance package - it's well worth the few extra dolloars. More
