WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! If i can give a minus on this review i would do -5 stars. What i experienced during my warranty process with this dealer is HORRIBLE. I was left car l If i can give a minus on this review i would do -5 stars. What i experienced during my warranty process with this dealer is HORRIBLE. I was left car less for 11 days and not a single loaner during the process. Another service advisor in front of me was criticizing my car while i was talking to the service advisor i had... My Audi had a issue where it was locked in SAFE mode. So i contacted Audi and i brought the car in for a warranty claim. During my 10 days of waiting my service advisor told me multiple stories along the way. First it was the power steering rack needed to be replaced UNDER WARRANTY. Second issue. The car needs a harness for the control module from the TCM to the control module. That gets replaced. Then i get the phone call. The service advisor states that the car was scanned and that my ENGINE has been modified. I asked how is that possible? I never did anything to modify my car. Iv'e only owned the car for 4 months! could have it been the previous owner? He states he needs to talk to a district manager and he will keep in contact., After a few more days, I get a call back. The advisor states that the work they did, Audi is going to cover it BUT the car is not FIXED and that the car needs transmission work. Then he said my car is TD1 and all my warranty is voided . told me the repairs will be about $7500 including labor... This was handled is such a unprofessional matter. I am shocked, clearly shocked what i have just went through. I work hard for my living and i wanted to be a proud owner of my Audi. Now i have no way of what to do next. They basically handed my keys with a big smile and told me good bye... I will let everyone know what happened and i hope this dealership learns a lesson. More

The person who answered the phone told me who to call to arrange for a tow, explained the process, and made it sound like business as usual - in a good way. After a tow, then meeting with Allan Wolfson, everything was great. It was all handled so professionally, seamlessly, and was done right the first time. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Allan- he went the extra mile to make sure my tire was covered, and that a rental vehicle was provided. He kept me informed during the next few days and gave me options as they arose. When I returned, he took care of all the details and I didn't have to go to several different people or offices to pay, return the rental, etc, It was all take care of in one stop. More

Hector our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Jenna was also very helpful and friendly. We negotiated the deal over the phone because we came down from Tampa. When we got to the dealership they had my wife’s car in a delivery room with a beautiful red bow on it. This was a very professional touch and it made my wife’s day. The sales manager Phil Roe was very personable and made us feel right at home. There was some confusion with some numbers in the deal and he took care of it immediately. I would recommend to this dealership also because it was worth the trip to make the purchase. More
