I thought it was a reach to get an Audi but there was one on the lot that was older but limited miles and had some minor scratches and dings. The sales staff were excellent and helped deal with my concerns in purchasing an older model. Sales Management was willing to work with us on price that made it feasible. The process was smooth and we love the car. Some items that were average. There was only one key offered and there was no ability to negotiate for a second key. The agreed on all in price increased at signing due to a miscalculation on the tag. This was made to be my responsibility. The dealer fee was non-negotiable and higher than other Braman delearships located next door. The staff did work with me to fix some items that missed the dealer inspection such as broken brake light and license plate bracket so that was helpful. Part of the deal was to attempt to buff out some specified scratches and dents but it was basically sold as is. More
