We drove all the way from Miami to lease three vehicles. We were originally quoted a certain price and when we arrived we were told something completely different. When we questioned why such an immense difference in price of over $270 extra a month Mr. Michael Caracholo (which refused to give us his business card) began raising his voice and spoke down to us in a very patronizing and condescending manner. I would rather spend the non explained price difference in any other Audi dealer than to give this dealer with no people skills any business. The only reason we are giving them a 2 star rating is because the salesman, Mr. Amin Saleh, was very pleasant. It's very unfortunate he lost a multiple car sale due to someone else's lack of people skills. More
