This is my 3rd car with Audi and we have 2 other Audis in the family. I traded in my Audi and Audi was to supposed to take care of the outstanding balance on the trade. Well Audi did not, calls to the genera the family. I traded in my Audi and Audi was to supposed to take care of the outstanding balance on the trade. Well Audi did not, calls to the general manager were never returned. And now the out standing balance is now in collection. This is a poor way to treat a customer. Will not deal with Audi West Palm Beach again and advising others to stay away. More
