I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS..... but this place is so unprofessional, unorganized and misleading. I found a car online that I was ready, willing, and able to buy when a sales associate lied to me and sai unprofessional, unorganized and misleading. I found a car online that I was ready, willing, and able to buy when a sales associate lied to me and said they didn't have it. ("It was loaned out") which actually it was sitting in the lot with a dead battery. They never informed us it was a No haggle price dealership and they tried to do a bait and switch on us. When ready to negotiate a deal they wouldn't honor do any deal. They countered their final price. Truly a disgrace and would never come back here. Don't waste you time. One thing you don't do is lie to a customer, wasted 3 hours there READY TO DO A DEAL and it was a complete waste of time. More

Seriously over priced. This is a mixed review. I have two Audis, one is still under warrantee and the other is not. I have used this dealer for maintenance and minor repairs. I have no reason to rate them an Audis, one is still under warrantee and the other is not. I have used this dealer for maintenance and minor repairs. I have no reason to rate them anything less than excellent in all categories except for price. This dealer charges an obscene $325 per man hour! (The local BMW, MB and Bentley all charge far less.) The estimate for out of warrantee work was so high I took my older Audi to an independent for service. So, in conclusion, I highly recommend WPB Audi for warrantee work, but if you are out of warrantee and are cost sensitive, you might want to look elsewhere. More
