These guys take it to another level. Few words to explain their comportment: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager was so arrogant and dismissive for no reason. Ken Phan, the car salesman, was friendly and professional, but he didn’t mention the broken car key or the fact that it didn’t come in a pair until after we signed—classic old-school dealership tactics. Having worked at several dealerships myself, I know the drill, but this experience was on another level. The staff’s attitude can be summed up in a few words: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager, in particular, was arrogant and dismissive for no reason. Although the deal was quick and simple, taking less than two hours, they tried to sneak in upsells but were unsuccessful—maybe that’s what upset them. They seemed to assume that since the car was a great deal, I should just do whatever they said. After lowballing me, they reluctantly knocked off $300 to fix a dent, but that amount ended up going toward new keys, and I still have to pay for the dent myself. As they say, the house always wins.
