I just bought an amazing brand new S4 from this audi dealership and am thus far very impressed with the service. I bought the car on late night Sunday and the service department was closed so Nick told dealership and am thus far very impressed with the service. I bought the car on late night Sunday and the service department was closed so Nick told me that I could return at a later date and get a free wash and detail. I returned 3 days later and I was a little apprehensive since the service department has terrible ratings on yelp, but I asked them about it and those are all old reviews and apparently a few months ago they got rid of everyone and got all new workers. Anyways I was pretty happy with the job the service department did, but Nick actually went through and re-detailed the interior very nonchalantly while chatting with me! Very surprising for the salesman of all people to take such a personal interest in my car. I also got the gas filled again for free! As for price, well I bought a very pricey car and knew what I was getting into and they still gave me quite a good deal. I am very happy with the purchase of my new vehicle and can truly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Audi! More
Mr. Nick Cota provide excellent customer services. When Mr. Cota let us test drive an A4 from the lot, we knew that Audi is the right choice. It is a luxury and smooth car. The style of the car is so prestige. We love the new design of the car. Furthmore, Mr. Cota was very friendly to us. When he saw us walked through the doors, he immediately made eye contact and welcome us. He spent many hours with us to find the right financing options. The finally price we walked out with is superb. For just the brand name it is already worth it. Our overall experience was more than great. We would come back any day to just to hi to the guy. By the way we got the new A4 2.0T 2012. WOW, what an amazing car!!!! Have gotten so many compliments. :D More

The only reason the "Price" section on my review is a 4 is because we could not come to a negotiation on the finance APR. Thier short-term finance options were great but 60 and 72 month options were pretty poor. Other then that, the price of the car and the amount they were willing to give me for my trade-in was more then adequate. More

I would HIGHLY recommened Penske Audi of West Covina because of Tim Vest and his group. Tim Vest was such a professional while we were looking to buy a SUV. Tim gaves us a excellent trade in price of our old SUV and a excellent price for our New Audi Q5. Tim and his group stood open beyond their usual work hours so we could take our New Q5 home that same night. I would like to say that Tim Vest is a extremely Honest man that kept his word the day of our purchase and even afterwards. That is a trait hard to find now days. Loyalty was our number one reason for staying with the PENSKE dealership family. Our 4 other vehicles were also purchase within the PENSKE family( 2 with Longo Lexus, 1 with Longo Toyota and 1 with Penske Mercedes). Well over a year ago I began my search for a new vehicle to replace my 12 year old Acura. I drove virtually all of the luxury brands (prior to visiting an Audi dealership) but none of them seemed quite rig to replace my 12 year old Acura. At that time, I decided to look at Audi's but I wasn't sure the styling was what I was searching for. I met David Truong (salesman) at Penske Audi West Covina and we spoke for a short time. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I did not test drive an Audi at that time. Fast forward in time to a few months ago. After seeing the new 2012 Audi A7 on the internet, I decided it was time to reconsider an Audi. It's important to note that I take very good care of my cars and drive them for a minimum of 10 years - so it was critical to me that the next car I purchase, had to be something I loved! I walked back into the dealership (after about a year from my initial visit) and asked for David. He remembered me, and although surprised to see me back after quite some time, we started talking and looking at the comprehensive inventory Penske W.C. had available. I decided it was time for a test drive. But because I wasn't familiar with the Audi brand, I asked to drive each of the models leading up to the A7. David and his team were brilliant! He spent so much time with me making certain that my choice was the right one for my lifestyle. He showed me all of the features in great detail, yet all of this was being done without any pressure to buy. It took me a couple of months to finally make the decision to go forward - and that meant up to five visits to see David and ask more questions, drive the various A7 models (some with sports suspension, some without, some with light interior, some with 20" wheels, etc.). David allowed me to make the decision to buy at a pace that was comfortable to me. And when we finally did all of the paperwork, it was a very pleasant experience! The dealership treated me extremely well, were courteous, respectful, expeditious, and professional. We even had some great laughs along the way. I've had the car almost two weeks now and David has assisted me twice with a full explanation of the incredible technology package on this car. I'm thrilled with my purchase!!! I don't even know how to begin reviewing this dealership and its staff. I actually found Penske Audi and their great fleet manager Jerry Loh on edmunds.com after not getting the deal I wanted, plus getting and its staff. I saw the positive reviews and on a whim decided to e-mail this guy and see what he had to offer. Boy was I in for a surprise. Jerry got back to me (and this is no exaggeration) 15-20 minutes after I sent him my first e-mail. (and this was at 9 or 10pm at night). He was very up front, accommodating, and very professional via e-mail. We pretty much struck a deal days before I stepped foot on the showroom floor. I know, right! And when I got to Penske Audi in West Covina, the staff and the service was beyond excellent! We got down to business, no gimmicks, no "pulling a fast one." I honestly spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours from stepping through the automated sliding doors to the showroom to starting the engine to my brand new 2009 Audi A4. And mind you this was not 90 minutes of pulling my hair, staring at the wall while they convened in the back office, hearing sales pitch mumbo jumbo, nothing like that! They were very upfront, very courteous and made for such a relaxed car buying environment. No one can ever put "relaxed" and "car buying experience" in the same sentence. Unless they've visited Penske Audi in West Covina. The other sales associate, Kirsten, was just as awesome! She showed a real appreciation for my time and did her best to make things run smoothly and quickly. Also, she was very skilled and educated. In other words, she knew her stuff about Audi's! She took me on a quick but informative tour on what I was in for with audi's new MMI system. For God's sake, she even took a bottle of cleaner and a couple towels when we saw watermarks after it was detailed. Talk about going above and beyond the line of duty. Even the finance office, where at other dealerships, you sit there thinking you'd rather be sitting in a dentist's chair while he holds a big drill, was a breeze! No haggles, no made up stories, no threats if you don't purchase the 23-year extended warranty. All in all, this staff knows the values of TRUE customer service satisfaction. Customer service starts in management and trickles all the way down, and as the client and consumer, being treated with amazing customer service goes a long way. After all that, I'm at a loss for words and still feel like I have not done justice to describe how great this dealership and this auto-buying experience was for me. More
