Simply amazing I picked up my Q5 after it being worked on for a week (due to parts needing to come in) and I was put in a beautiful loaner car for the time being. He checked in with me periodically to make sure I was informed on what was going on so I wasn’t in the dark. His want to make me feel like I was taken care of was refreshing and due to it he has a life long customer. The whole service teams hospitality was great and made me feel welcome. I love it at Audi of Wesley Chapel and will never take my Audi anywhere else. More

Car Service Audi Wesley Chapel provided me with excellent service. I took my car in due to a recall (Door Speaker Trim fix) notice I received and other services. Audi Wesley Chapel provided me with excellent service. I took my car in due to a recall (Door Speaker Trim fix) notice I received and other services. Henry Garcia was my service advisor. He was very professional and attentive. Henry had a loner car available for me once I arrived; which was very proactive. He understood that my wait time was limited. In addition, he provided a complimentary car wash after repairs were completed on my car. Henry communicated very well and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. If I missed his call, he would both text and email me to let me know how things were going with my vehicle. This act insured that I would get his progress updates. My car was available for pick up the next morning;which was less than 24 hours. As a side note, the coffee is great. More

They will provide you a loaner car if needed and will shine it up when the service is done with a car wash....wait there's more I requested a "hand" wash and they didn't blink twice-- no problem. Ask for Henry Garcia (Service Consultant), but if he isn't in no worries they are all great people.
