Utmost Professionalism! I was greeted with a smile upon entering WC Audi by Armand Cartrell. He listened to what i was interested in driving and asked questions to fine tune my choice. No presssure, but extremely helpful. He spent time to educate me on the Audi brand and specific options and equipment of each car. I bought an A5 Sportback for its performance and utility. I feel like I am driving a go kart due to the way the car holds the road and makes tight turns. It is a very fun car to drive! Simply amazing I picked up my Q5 after it being worked on for a week (due to parts needing to come in) and I was put in a beautiful loaner car for the time being. My I picked up my Q5 after it being worked on for a week (due to parts needing to come in) and I was put in a beautiful loaner car for the time being. My service rep Henry was great! He checked in with me periodically to make sure I was informed on what was going on so I wasn’t in the dark. His want to make me feel like I was taken care of was refreshing and due to it he has a life long customer. The whole service teams hospitality was great and made me feel welcome. I love it at Audi of Wesley Chapel and will never take my Audi anywhere else. More
