The attendants are extremely welcoming and full of smiles escorting me to the familiar faces of my all-time favorite service consultants ready and willing to assist me. My recent visit with Service Consultant, John Lazzaro, was as pleasant as the first time we met a couple years ago when I first experienced Audi service on my newly purchased car. This latest visit was for a quick check of the brakes as I thought the pads needed replacing, but to my surprise, John let me know that I had at least another 5,000 miles to go before needing to do so saving me time and money.
