They turned our frown upside down We bought a pre-owned A4 and noted a couple issues upon purchase. When six months later, the service department couldn’t make it right, we went back t We bought a pre-owned A4 and noted a couple issues upon purchase. When six months later, the service department couldn’t make it right, we went back to sales and asked for help. Despite some obstacles, the sales, service and management all bent over backwards to try to make us whole. Ultimately, they got us into a new car with great incentives and gave us a very fair deal for our pre-owned vehicle. Even Mr. Catena got into the act with a personal appearance at our signing meeting. Overall, the dealership took an unhappy customer and turned it into a win for us. Very classy and accommodating. They were very informative at the drop off as to what they wer My daughter brought her Q5 for scheduled maintenance and to look at engine light issue. They were very informative at the drop off as to what they were going to do and possibilities of engine light randomly coming on. They did the service and explained the engine light issue to us but also explained it was still under extended warranty which we did not know was still in effect. Very friendly and informative throughout the entire process. My daughter came up from Virginia to NJ for Memorial Day weekend and had never used Audi Toms River before but will she then in again when she visits her grandmother again for sure. More
