Quick friendly service I had a flat tire in Toms River and the nearest Audi dealer was Ray Catena Audi on route 37. They quickly gave me an appointment for a new tire and when it wasn't in stock at this dealership, took the time to go to the Freehold dealership to pick up the right tire. I received a loaner and my service consultant, Robert D'Andrea was both courteous and professional. I felt welcome even though this was not where I purchased my vehicle.The paper work for my tire insurance package was completely handled by Robert. I got a call that my car was ready in a few hours and not only was it washed and vacuumed, but they had put windshield washer fluid in it for me (I was out and hadn't had the time to do it!) Everyone at Ray Catena Audi, both in Toms River and in Freehold are the best!! More
