He is a true gentleman who answered all of our questions with patience. He went through the entire sales process thoroughly from start to finish and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Great buying experience!!! My Infiniti lease was coming to an end and I decided after the Philly Auto Show that I was interested in the Audi Q5. I visited the dealer near my hou My Infiniti lease was coming to an end and I decided after the Philly Auto Show that I was interested in the Audi Q5. I visited the dealer near my house (about 5 miles away) and drove the car, I liked it but their salesman was your stereotypical car salesman and he immediately started putting the screws to me. I started looking for another dealership and salesman and I picked Marc Levine at Audi Toms River. Marc and I emailed a few times, then began having phone conversations. Audi Toms River was 85 miles from my house, much more than I wanted to travel to buy a car. But after a few phone calls I began to feel comfortable with Marc and realized he was a pretty good guy and not what I expected at all from a salesman. Last night I drove down and met with Marc, finalized the deal and brought my car home. I feel good about what I paid and the experience overall was very pleasant. When I got down to the dealership I expected the games to begin, this is the 15th new car I've owned over my lifetime and that's how it always goes. But not Marc, he was a real Mench! He made me feel like a friend, and I plan on buying my next car from him. My wife is due for a new vehicle in two years and I think she'll be buying her next car from Marc as well. Finally, I just want to say thanks to Pam and Laura who work at the dealership. I spoke with both of them before arriving about my paperwork, and they were nice enough to come out and introduce themselves when I was picking up. Very nice people at this dealership, and it's worth the drive. Thanks again to everyone at Audi Toms River!! More
Excellent from start to finish After a horrible experience with a new to me Audi A4 at a non-brand dealership, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at Audi of Toms River. After a horrible experience with a new to me Audi A4 at a non-brand dealership, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at Audi of Toms River. John Larazzaro, my service consultant, patiently listened to the many concerns about my car. He assured me that all the issues would be addressed. My car was returned to me in excellent condition. Another service consultant, Jonathan, took time to recommend audio options which was on his own time outside of the service contract. Annie, the receptionist, also gave me information about roadside information and welcomed me to call and stop in about any concerns. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealership to current and potential Audi consumers. More

Along came Marc Levine and he completely turned our attitudes around. His energy and passion for Audi is amazing. He showed us so many features on the Q5 that we would have never thought of. The prior two dealerships barely showed us how to turn on the car. It was a great feeling being in the hands of someone who has so much knowledge of the vehicle and can answer any question you throw at him. He has a great personality and kept us informed and engaged during the whole process. Car shopping is usually painful, but Marc actually made the process painless! Marc and Laura have a great dynamic together. Laura Eicke helped us find the best deal to fit our needs. I was also impressed with Carlos who took the time to explain every single detail of the car, inside and out while we were waiting for our paperwork to be ready. I will definitely come back for my next car! I am referring all of my friends and family who are interested in Audi! Thank you Marc and Laura! More

I expected to go to the parts window - but instead Robert came out to meet I went into the dealership on 4/19 for a routine battery change on my key. I expected to go to the parts window - but instead Robert came out to meet me at service, asked how he could help with a smile and took my key. He asked if I wanted coffee or a Danish and returned with the repaired key within 5 minutes. He was personable and authentic and it was a very pleasant experience. All the service staff are always outstanding in their genuine desire to help the customers feel like they are in good hands. More
