Dillon Christine provided good service during my purchase of a pre-owned 2019 Audi e-tron out of State. I was somewhat disappointed with the overall preparation of the vehicle prior to shipping it to Florida. The vehicle came with no owners manual, warranty booklet or other documents you should get with the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. The interior of the car came dirty and was in an unacceptable pre-owned condition. I was advised by Audi Stevens Creek to have it cleaned and detailed locally and was happy to be reimbursed by the company. The exterior of the car had glaring blemishes to the paintwork and 3 rims had curb rash that was somehow missed or overlooked during my many discussions and virtual tour with Dillon. There were just too many back and forth during the purchasing an remedial actions to correct the differences. This detracted from the overall great buying experience you would expect from an Audi dealership. All in all, I love the Audi e-tron. It beautifully awesome ride. NO REGRETS. More
