Kody, the Internet Sales Manager for the used cars, responded pro I walked onto the lot at Audi on Stevens Creek after inquiring online for a 2015 Q5. Kody, the Internet Sales Manager for the used cars, responded promptly to my email and answered most of my questions before I even got to the store. I set up an appointment to see Kody on a Sunday afternoon, but he was busy selling a car at the time so he had me work with his partner Josiah. Josiah hadn’t been selling cars for very long, but i kind of liked the fact that he was just kind and helpful instead of putting a ton of pressure on me to buy buy buy today today today! After we test drive, Kody helped to close the deal at a very fair price! It was Josiah’s and Kody’s kindness and professionalism that really helped seal the deal. Much better experience than I’ve had at prior dealerships. 10/10 would recommend! More
