He was professional, funny, helpful, and friendly. He walked my wife and me through our add-on options and wasn't trying to "sell" us on things. Great employee! I really enjoyed Taylor, too. He was not pushy, answered all my questions, added additional info that I had not thought to ask. I mentioned I was just starting my research and Audi was a car I could see myself driving. Being in the tech industry, it’s all about the experience and Mr. Schroeder delivers knowledge and the attitude to make the sale! That’s what my industry looks for, I’ve just started my search but so far, Mr. Schroeder has the qualities and assets to make Audi #1 on my list - I have one more dealership to look at but I’m thinking Audi and Mr. Schroeder will be seeing me back on the lot! Best car buying experience! I had the pleasure of working with Tenzin on the purchase of my vehicle. I first inquired over the internet and Tenzin was quick to respond. I really I had the pleasure of working with Tenzin on the purchase of my vehicle. I first inquired over the internet and Tenzin was quick to respond. I really appreciated his straight forward approach, willingness to help me find a car in a short time frame, and timely responses to all my emails. It was such a time saver to have done everything via email since I don't live near the dealership. When I got to the dealer to actually purchase the car, Tenzin made sure the process was painless and efficient. Even though the original car I wanted wasn't available anymore, he found me a great alternate at a fair price. Overall, I would recommend friends and family to work with Tenzin. He wasn't overly pushy and kept to one form of communication (other dealers would call, text, and email me several times a day which was annoying since I have a day job). A very straight forward and honest person! I also worked with Andrei once I arrived at the dealership, who went over all the paperwork with me. He answered all my random questions and made sure the paperwork process was easy since it's not the most fun part when buying a new car. I dealt with another employee (I forgot his name - so sorry!) but this gentleman was the one who walked through my car and showed me how to use all the different features. He was very kind and patience. Overall, this had to be one of the best car buying experiences. I was at the dealership for 2 hours, which I thought was not bad at all. I thought I would be there for 3-4 hours. Everyone was really nice. I would highly recommend Audi Stevens Creek to others! More
