Our sour experience was the Finance Manager on duty, at the time, who unnecessary butted in and tried to strong arm us to close the deal. There was no need for it for him to show his colors. He may have gotten away with $1000 extra but left an unwanted tension in an otherwise pleasant car buying experience. More
