When I arrived, he was ready for me, super friendly and helpful, and overall just really awesome to work with. After a long process of test driving, trading in my old car, and filling out paperwork, we then got connected with Jana in finance and she was a ray of sunshine, really fast and knowledgeable, and super friendly. though it was late and we were tired, she made the finance part very seamless and painless. Over all, everyone was great and we’re patient and nice to our cranky toddler!!! Thanks to the whole Audi of Stevens Creek team, for a great experience! More

I ended up buying my Audi at a different dealership located closer to where I live, but I had an excellent experience communicating back and forth via email with Cassandra during my car shopping period. When I first started inquiring about cars at different Audi dealerships, Cassandra was one of the first salespeople to respond. As I worked through negotiating, she was hands down the fastest to respond and never gave me the run around nor pressured me to visit. She was open and honest with the quote Stevens Creek could offer me, and avoided using vague statements. I got actual figures via email from her, which many other dealerships wouldn't give me.
