The best buying experience I have ever had. We came down in the morning to look at a couple of cars. Richard was extremely helpful and did not pressure us. I had asked to speak with a sales rep after looking at a new Audi on-line.. to test drive... When I went to the dealership, the rep was not avail.. I left ... Did rec a very nice phone call back from his asst who apoligized... went back the next day.. same rep was still not avail (busy all day per another rep)... the asst who had called was off that day.... another rep came out to help me finally.. nice enough.... test drove.. gave me a price quote... told him I was going to buy in a day or two.. 4 days later.. no call from any of the reps or email. Another dealer (local) was just the opposite.. above average on service and desire to do a deal.... bout a new A6.... Not bitter... just good to know how one or two sales reps can leave a bad taste for a customer.. a customer who has the ability to recommend other buyers of this great brand - Audi. More
I took my Q7 in for minor service. They kept the car an excessively long time. There was poor communication, and a lack of pre-authorization for services. We've been coming here for the past several years and have always had a great experience. The sales team always seems to be busy and on the move; they're not about wasting time with a customer. We've dealt with several different salesmen over the past few years including Greg, Brenden and Raj. Each time the customer service has been awesome. Our last purchase, Raj and I were able to strike a deal over the phone. While the prices don't flex too much, they show an understanding of the market and are always competitive. Once we arrived, the process was smooth; we were in and out within an hour. Sammi in Finance is also great to deal with and is very personable. We've bought four cars from Commonwealth over the past few years and have always referred people to them since they have always given great service. Commonwealth may have a customer for life. More

I have purchased three cars from commonwealth Audi. I their your service department years ago because of the poor service and incompetent service advisors. My last encounter was when an Audi advisor told their your service department years ago because of the poor service and incompetent service advisors. My last encounter was when an Audi advisor told me I needed to replace my entire fog light assembly. I had pulled out a fuse because I needed it somewhere else. The other day I decided to try their service department again because it is the closest dealership and there was a recall on my car. I spoke to the service manager about the recall and explained that I also needed an oil change and a radiator flush. He was not able to help me with pricing but said he would transfer me to someone who could. I was transferred to a service advisor's voice mail and left a message. This was three weeks ago, I have not received a return call yet. As always Commonwealths lack of service continues to astound me. More

He gave us an overwhelming introduction and helped us decide which vehicle and package would fit us the best with our growing family. Knowing we were expecting a new addition in weeks (baby) he or the dealership did NOT attempt at placing us in something over our budget. But actually went above and beyond our expectations with meeting our needs along with a great deal. We are very happy with our experience and look forward to recommending the dealership and Daniel to others. More

A few weeks ago I purchased a new Audi A4.Prior to my visit,I was convinced i was going to buy a BMW 3 series but thought i would test drive the Audi to have something to compare it to.I arrived at the d visit,I was convinced i was going to buy a BMW 3 series but thought i would test drive the Audi to have something to compare it to.I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by one of their sales people, Tom Fitzsimmons. Tom showed me around the lot and gave me a lot of good info on the A4.I really liked the look of it but i wasn't totally convinced until I took one for a test drive. I spent a few hours looking at the different models and asking questions. Tom was supper patient with me and at no time did i ever fell pressured to make a decision. I finally found one i wanted. It took less then 20 for us to agree on my trade in value and the price of the new vehicle. In looking at all of the different A4 on the lot, I didn't realize the one with that i selected did not come with Bluetooth. This was not a big deal for me but Rich Fabbri one of the other sales guy overheard our conversation and offered to give me his personnel Bluetooth speaker he had in his car.I thought that he was joking but he came back with a Bluetooth speaker and cliped on to my sun visor in my car. I looked up the speaker on-line and the one he gave me retails at over 100 dollars. The Bluetooth works great I love my new car. Tom and Rich At Commonwealth really made me feel good about my purchase. They were very helpful but most important they really know how to treat their customers well. I have purchased many cars over the years but this was by far the easiest and best experience i have ever had buying a new car . Thanks again guys, T Montano More
my experience with commonwealth audi has been excellent from the begining of my purchase to my service advisor Art Hernandez. when i walk into commonwealth audi i know that i am in great hands when it come from the begining of my purchase to my service advisor Art Hernandez. when i walk into commonwealth audi i know that i am in great hands when it comes to service of my car. Art is always quick to get things completed for me so that I can get my loaner and head back to work. Is considerate towards my time and doesn't waste my time with nonsense. i always recommend Commonwealth Audi for anyone who is looking to buy/lease a new vechile. After driving a Audi and the excellent service I not only from the porter but from Art I don't believe I could drive any other type of car. More
