I leased an Audi from Commonwealth for 3 years. There have been many changes in management and the service department. Therefore, if you have read negative feedback about this dealership you may want to have been many changes in management and the service department. Therefore, if you have read negative feedback about this dealership you may want to read more current reviews. Recently, I went to Audi to look at my options as I was at the end of the lease. It was a difficult situation because of some financial situations with my credit. I also just had a timely accident with my mailbox. The whole Commonwealth team worked together to give me an affordable package which took a 7+ hour effort to purchase my car. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. My boss was so impressed by the service that he went to the dealership and purchased a car from them the next day. He had been looking at a Mercedes from Fletcher Jones, but with my experience and the value difference of the quality of the cars chose the Audi A8. The Commonwealth dealership has a new GM who if you read his commitment statement believes in building business by treating customers great one by one and developing raving referrals. They are in process of building their new retail center across the street. If you are looking for an Audi, I would without reservations recommend Commonwealth Audi. More

I got the Sales shuffle & witnessed a horible argument in Service between a customer and a Service agent. I smiled and told them thankyou very much. It seems that everyone at Commenwealth is very uptight and on the verge of anger...as I witnessed. It the car business really worth all of this tension? Anyone interested in purchasing an Audi should in my opinion, visit either a private party or another Audi dealer to test the waters before buying. More

Maybe this is a new commonwealth audi/volkswagon? I have received outstanding customer service and maintanance on my vehicle. I have received a FREE loaner car every time I have to leave my car longer than received outstanding customer service and maintanance on my vehicle. I have received a FREE loaner car every time I have to leave my car longer than a day, Try that with Mckenna Audi/Volks. The thing I liked most about an instance I had with them is when I took my car for service, 30,000 miles, I had to leave my car overnight. They called me the next day, I missed the call and didn't get around to hearing the message until a day later, however the rep told me not to worry because I wouldn't be charged extra for having the rental an extra day. That right there folks is excellent customer service and a place I will keep servicing and probably buy a new car from.. I have this was useful. P.S. I have an '06 Audi A4 More
I took my 2007 VW Passat (which I leased) here for service and they really treated me well! I had to get the 5k service according to my light, so I drove in and they set an appointment for the next day! They also noticed that my Air Bag light was on and informed me that was a mandatory repair and it would be covered under the manufactures warranty. They even offered me a loaner car for a few days. How cool was that? Anyway, I was pleased with the service reps and they seemed busy, but took care of my car. I would definitely recommend them! More
This dealer gives you the appearance that they care and do a good job but based on many visits, there is more than meets the eye. The service writers never returns phone calls even if you leave multiple vo do a good job but based on many visits, there is more than meets the eye. The service writers never returns phone calls even if you leave multiple voicemails. They are never available when you call so there is not much choice. The mechanics can do a reasonable job but are always pressed for time and must be under the gun to finish a job quickly and move on to the next. I've had zip ties (holding certain wires) that were installed by Audi during manufacturing that were cut during service work but were never returned back to factory condition. I'm the original owner of this Audi and it has never been to any other service shops except at Commonwealth. I found out about this years later when I had the car up on jack stands when I was doning some minor work. This allowed the wires to dangle freely and fortunately, nothing broke. I just installed the zip ties myself but this is not confidence inspiring work. To get any warranty work done, be sure you know the mechanic personally and be knowledgable on what is being worked on.This may be asking a lot and not everyone can have this knowledge but its the only way you can ask the right questions and not get taken for a ride. Investigate other dealers as you may get better results - YMMV. For non-warranty work, avoid them as there are much better independent service centers around and those shops don't have to support the dead weight of overhead. More
