It was my first and only time at Commonwealth and I waited 2 hours for my car to get an oil change, even though I had an appointment, and no one was helpful or friendly when I asked about my car's stat waited 2 hours for my car to get an oil change, even though I had an appointment, and no one was helpful or friendly when I asked about my car's status after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I tried to track down my service rep but apparently he had gone to lunch and didn't finish my paperwork. Someone else finished my paperwork for me, led me to the cashier without any apologies for the wait, and left me to find my car somewhere in the back of their parking lot. I will not be back because this is the worst service I have ever had. More
This was the first Audi dealer I visited after researching and deciding on an Audi. But I still hadn't driven one. I don't know" to the ultra-informative "Some just come that way, some don't."<br><br>We told him we wanted to drive one, but were were looking at a very specific color/package combo that we'd probably have to order so we knew we couldn't buy one today. After trying to sell us several completely different cars on their lot, Sam gave up, frustrated, and said, "look, even if I had the car on the lot, you wouldn't buy it today, would you?" My husband and I were a bit surprised by how blunt he was, and said, "Well, no; we haven't even driven it yet" and he walked away from us. Without even letting us drive the car. More
