First I would like to mention the entire staff was very cordial whenever I was in the show room. I first started looking at new cars in January-February and met Frank then. When I stated I was just looking and that it would most likely be a lengthy search for a new car (I currently was driving a BMW 3 series) and was looking at Audi’s mainly because I worked right across the street. I first drove the A4 and was pleased with the handling. I returned later to test the S4 and that made it tough to decide but wanted to take my time, look at what the BMW’s had etc. But Frank was great. He knew he had a tough sell because I was very happy with my BMW. He told me the car’s strong points and answered all of my questions. He seemed to truly understand my concerns changing brands and a thing I respected about Frank is he didn’t sling any mud at BMW to try and get the sale. You could tell he was an experienced sales advisor. I took 3-4 months off shopping for cars and when I walked in the show room to take another test ride Frank remembered me. That was a surprise. When I asked about the S4 there were none on the lot. Frank had one there the next day. I drove it and I was 80% leaning to the Audi over the 335i. Once I ordered the car Frank was very helpful while I was waiting. I keep my cars for 8-10 years so wanted a custom picked car and that is the only way to get what I wanted and pay for nothing I didn’t want. I know I was a pest asking for updates, VIN numbers and what phase the car was in. Frank always called me back with the latest news. I guess I can say the worst part of the experience is the waiting which is no fault of the dealer. What made it worse is every time I would drive by Conshohocken Audi I would scan the lot trying to get a glimpse of what my car would look like. I recommend Frank to anyone that wants to shop Audi especially those who are first time Audi buyers. He doesn’t pressure you, only gives you the information and lets you decide. His enthusiasm replaces the normal pressure sales. That keeps you focused on the facts and not keeping you on your heels. More

I purchased a Q5 from Shaun and would highly recommend him and Audi Conshohocken. I'm about 150 miles away from the dealership, however I did my research on the vehicle and Shaun was quickly able to work him and Audi Conshohocken. After we agreed on terms and Shaun was able to locate a Q5, my wife was indecisive and changed her mind on the color combination. Shaun was extremely accomodating and professsional. We ended up asking to change colors after Shaun had found us a vehicle and was going to find us another with a dealer trade. We ended up however opting to go with our original selection. During our indecisiveness, Shaun was professional, not pushy and really just wanted us to get the vehicle we wanted. Despite our changing requests, he made the whole process a pleasure with his patience, understanding and follow-up. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the process was extremely quick, efficient and painless with no upsell. It was actually the first time I've purchased a vehicle that I didn't sit down with a financial person, Shaun handled the whole process. Again, besides not upselling, it actually sped the process up. Shaun did an excellent and thorough job of explaining the features of the Q5 as well as finding a front license plate holder from a vehicle at an offsite lot. All in all, excellent buying experience with Shaun. The dealership was very laid back and friendly. Thanks Shaun and Audi Conshohocken for a pleasant non pressurized experience. As I said in a previous review, Shaun is the reason I leased a A-6 from Audi Conshohocken so just re-read what I wrote back in July. My only regret was in the total cost of the vehicle/lease where I DID NOT have much to say about pricing. "This is what Audi has to offer--take it or leave it",(Not Shaun"s Words)so if it wasn't for Shaun and his tremendous personable manner, I probably would have walked out & gone to another dealership." I suppose I am use to haggling with a car dealer and have more banter back & forth on pricing deals. So I guess I learned my lesson that German Auto Makers do not like good old American price dickering. You have a good man in Shaun and he deserves to be management! GIVE THE MAN A RAISE AT LEAST, HE DESERVES IT, BESIDES HE JUST GOT MARRIED AND CAN USE THE EXTRA MONEY TO HELP PUT HIS WIFE THROUGH MEDICAL SCHOOL.
