Negotiating the sale took all of 10 seconds. He offered me a price that I recognized as quite fair. I did not have my trade with me at the time, but I told David and the sales manager what the two other dealers had offered me for it and they agree on the spot to match it sight unseen. David kept me fully informed of the status of my car in transit (it was "in port" when I agreed to buy it) and when I picked it up, David took the time to thoroughly explain all of its features to me, and invited me to call or visit for a "refresher course" at any time.
