When scheduling my service I notified the representative (Lucas Schwenk) that I had loyalty (email) coupons service on my vehicle. He told me that he would make note of this and to show the coupons when I m (Lucas Schwenk) that I had loyalty (email) coupons service on my vehicle. However, at checkout I completely forgot to show my coupon, overlooking the fact that it may not already be taken into account. With Lucas' help I was able to get reimbursed for the difference of the amount I paid for the oil change and the amount the loyalty coupon. It's nice to see them address a customer's needs no matter how large (new car) or small they may be (oil change). Thanks! More

They were excellent to deal with. I brought my car in on-time and within 5 minutes of my arrival they had it in the shop. They had the car finished on time and what the promised. I have been a VERY long time buyer of Audis and despite the dealers location, I am still willing to drive there for service, etc. I am very pleased with them. I am also a tough critic too. More

Once I made a decision, they handled all of the details and kept me up to speed on all aspectss of the transaction. When I picked up the vehicle they were prepared and were able to go over everything in an expedited manner while not mkaing me feel rushed. David and the entire team were fantastic. Do not use Don Rosen in Conshohocken unless you have no other choice. I recently purchased an R8 directly from the dealership. In addition to the car I also purchased multiple warranties: tire, auto glas other choice. I recently purchased an R8 directly from the dealership. In addition to the car I also purchased multiple warranties: tire, auto glass, star shield, and extended service, for the car at the time of purchase. As I was not told otherwise, I assumed that Audi sponsored or at the very least supported these warranties. After just two thousand miles on my car, one of my tires would not hold air. When I brought the car in, I was told that the tire was too worn and replacement or repair would not be honored. I have never tracked the car or even used launch control. The miles were all put on as a daily driver, to and from work. I thus inquired that if indeed they were too worn after only 2000 miles, did this not indicate that there is a problem with the tires or their installation (the tires retail for about $600 each). I was then told that this was a third party issue and they would not honor the policy that they had just sold to me. In addition to the above I have found the staff to be very rude, unorganized, and unknowledgeable. They will do whatever it takes to get you to buy something, but refuse to honor any promises that they have made. There are many other Audi dealers in the area, give them your business. More
