They ordered the part, scheduled the service with me, provided a loaner & kept me aware each day and there were a few things that needed to be fixed. In addition to a routine service (oil & filter), I had what I believed to be a VERY serious problem with the Turbo being stuck in the "On" position when the accelerator was fully depressed. Jeremy So had what I believed to be a VERY serious problem with the Turbo being stuck in the "On" position when the accelerator was fully depressed. Jeremy Solomon and the Service Tech were extremely thorough, diaganosing fault codes in memory, researching the problem on the web, and test driving the car 3 separate times to replicate the problem. And while not able to replicate the problem exactly (especially under wet road conditions), they did everything possible to ensure that the vehicle was safe to drive, documented the issue fully, and requested that I bring the vehicle in at the first sign of a problem and call them again within 30 days. In short, the service was exceptional! More
