This is our second Audi that we have had serviced through Don Rosen Conshocken. We never have had a problem with work quality. Customer service has been great. All of our needs always have been met. They provided me with an A8 which was great considering I had clients with me three times in the period my car was there. The standards of this dealership are certainly not commensurate with the quality of the vehicles. David was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and cooperative throughout my experience at the dealer. I had to order my car rather than purchasing it off the lot and he made sure to keep me up to dat cooperative throughout my experience at the dealer.
