Every time I take my car in for service, the dealership goes out of its way to find something they deem wrong or worth of fixing. My car has 50K miles on it, yet they still find "issues" every time. Audi Conshohocken goes out of its way to try and sucker me in to "fixing potential problems" that aren't problems at all. Recently, I brought my car in for a PA State Inspection and Oil Change. I specifically pointed out to the customer service rep at the dealer that the tires were changed the day before, so please don't waste my time and yours by calling me the next day to tell me my tires need to be rotated. The next morning, I had a voicemail from Audi Conshohocken telling me the tech noticed my tires needed to be rotated. The customer service rep needs to listen, pay attention to what the CUSTOMER has to say, and think before calling. More

My Sales Rep Faye offered to take my car to the dealer to have the heated seats looked at as I thought they were not working. As it turned out they were not calibrated correctly which the Service Dept diagn have the heated seats looked at as I thought they were not working.
