I've dealt with other Audi dealerships service departments and it was difficult to even get them on the phone. With your dealership, I was able to get right through, get an appointment right away departments and it was difficult to even get them on the phone. Submitted an internet inquiry for an A5 Cab back in October, 2011. Neil was the first person from any dealership to call/email and was very good at following up. Finally in Febrauary, I decided to move forward with a purchase - Neil had stayed in touch and was very helpful in locating one with the options I wanted, didn't try to upsell or oversell...he made the entire transaction very easy.
